Claims (18)
- 균열/절단 부위가 퍼져 있는 탄성체 제품(이 제품은 균열/절단 부위의 내부 부근에 형성된 공동을 갖는다). 내부 공동에 존재하는 충진재. 충진재를 둘러싸는 탄성체 제품의 적어도 내부 부분상에 존재하는 처리제, 처리제상에 존재하는 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 초기중합체, 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 초기중합체 상에 존재하는 경화된 탄성체성 보수포(여기에서, 상기 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 초기중합체는 주위온도에서 상기 보수포와 상기 탄성체 제품에 접착된다)로 이루어진, 수선된 탄성체 제품
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄성체 제품이 그 안에 코오드를 가지고, 형성된 공동이 균열/절단 부위 부근 내의 코오드에로 확장하며, 보수포가 그 안에 코오드를 갖는 제품
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 초기중합체를, 에폭시 수지, 할로겐 함유 탄화수소중합체, 클로로설폰화 중합체, -C-C1같은 산할라이드그룹 또는 -0-C-C1같은 할로포르메이트그룹을 함유하는 중합체, 디아민과 반응하여 아미드-산 결합을 형성하는 안하이드라이드 그룹을 함유하는 중합체, 오가노폴리실록산, 우레탄 중합체 또는 초기중합체, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택하며 처리제를 1,3-디클로로 -5,5-디메틸히단토인, 1,3-디클로로-5-메틸-5-이소부틸히단토인, 1,3-디클로로-5-메틸-5-헥실히단토인, N-브로모아세트아미드, 테트라클로로글리콜우릴, N-브로모숙신이미드 및 모노-, 디-, 또는 트리클로로이소시아누르산으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택하고, 처리제가 공동 및 보수포상에 존재하는 제품
- 제3항에 있어서, 공동 충진재가 아민 경화성중합체 또는 초기중합체이며, 아민 경화성중합체 또는 초기중합체가 약 10℃내지 약 50℃의 온도에서 접착되는 제품
- 제4항에 있어서, 처리제를 모노클로로이소시아누르산, 디클로로이소시아누르산, 트리클로로이소시아누르산 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택한 제품
- 제5항에 있어서, 아민 경화성중합체 또는 초기중합체가 우레탄 중합체 또는 초기중합체이며, 약 15내지 약 30℃에서 접착되는 제품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 보수포에 들어 있는 코오드의 강도가 탄성체 제품에 들어 있는 코오드의 강도와 대략같거나 이보다 큰 제품
- 제7항에 있어서, 탄성체제품이 타이어인 수선된 탄성체 제품
- 균열부위가 퍼져 있는 탄성체 제품에서 균열 부위부근의 탄성체 제품 내부표면상에 공동을 형성시키고, N-할로히단토인, N-할로마이드, N-할로이미드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 처리제를 공동부위에 도포한다음,공동에 충진재를 채워 넣고,아민 경화성중합체 또는 초기중합체를 공동부위상에 도포한후,공동부위에 보수포를 붙이고,충진재를 경화시킨다음,주위 온도에서 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 초기중합체를 경화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 균열 부위가 퍼져 있는 경화보강 탄성체 제품을 수선하는 방법
- 제9항에 있어서, 탄성체 제품과 보수포에 코오드가 들어 있는 방법
