제1도는 기지의 방법으로 인발된 회복 가능한 포권형 부재(Wrap-around recoverable article)와 밀폐도관(Closure channel)을 나타낸 투시도.
제5도는 밀폐요소를 감싸는 루프(loop)를 통합하고 있는 회복가능한 직물을 나타낸 투시도.
제8a도 및 8b도는 회복가능한 판의 모서리 부분을 레일(rail) 형태로 만드는 기법을 나타낸 예시도이다.

Claims (33)

  1. 회복율이 적어도 20%인 회복 가능한 직물덮개 부위와, 상기 덮개 부위의 회복 도중에 모서리부위를 근접위치에 유지시켜 주게 되는 기계적 밀폐장치를 가진 모서리 부위로서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일차 및 이차 밀폐요소(7)은 각각 일차 및 이차 모서리부위(8)에 형성되며, 상기요소(7)은 그 상통하는 표면에 의하여 서로 접촉가능하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기계적 밀폐장치는 직물(4)의 일차 및 이차 모서리 부위(8)에서 일차 및 이차 밀폐요소(7)을 서로 고정시킬 수 있는 하나 혹은 다수의 분리된 클램핑 요소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 일차 및 이차 밀폐요소는 상기 일차 및 이차 모서리 부위를 따라 본질적으로 연속하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  5. 제2항 및 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 일차 및 이차 밀폐요소(7)은 일차 및 이차 모서리부위(8)을 따라 간격이 지며, 형성된 다수의 밀폐부재로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  6. 제2항에서 5항 까지에 있어서, 회복 가능한 섬유(4)(6)는 일차 모서리 부위에서 이차 모서리 부위로 뻗어 있으며, 상기 모서리 부위에서 다시 밀폐요소(7)을 돌아서 상기 다른 모서리부위로 향하므로써 밀폐요소(7)을 결제됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 직물(4)는 위빙직물이며, 본질적으로 연속적이며, 회복 가능한 위사(6)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 밀폐요소(7)은 직물(4)의 모서리 부위(8)을 접어올려 형성하며, 지지구(7)을 둘러싸게 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  9. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 직물(7)는 밀폐요소(7)을 감게되는 폐단면 부위를 형성하는 적어도 부분적으로는 다수의 겹으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  10. 전기한 어느 일항에 있어서, 직물(4)는 각 섬유사이에 상대운동을 금지하는 중합체 재료를 각 모서리 부위에 형성하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  11. 전기한 어느 일 항중에서, 직물(4)는, 모서리부위(8)이 서로 근접할 때, 내향하는 면에 밀봉재료를 도포하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복가능한 포권형 부재.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 밀봉재료는 열활성화 접착제임을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  13. 전기한 어느 일항에 있어서, 직물(4)는 한쪽 방향에는 회복 가능한 섬유(6)을 가지며, 다른 한쪽횡단방향에는 회복불가능한 섬유(5)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 회복 불가능한 섬유(5)는 본질적으로 비연장성임을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  15. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 직물(4)는 위빙직물이며, 회복 가능한 경사와 회복 불가능한 위사를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  16. 전기한 어느 일항에 있어서, 상기 직물은, 회복되었을 경우, 본질적으로 공기가 침투 못하게 해주는 장치와 결합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 직물에 불침투성을 부여해주는 장치는 적어도 직물의 어느 한 면에 부착된 중합체 재료나, 직물이 연장되는 중합체 기저로서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  18. 전기한 어느 일 항에 있어서, 회복가능한 섬유(6)는 상기모서리 부위(8)에서 치수적으로 안정되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  19. 전기한 어느 일 항에 있어서, 추가하여 일차 및 이차 모서리 부위(8)이 서로 근접했을 때, 그 밑에 놓이게 되는 하나의 플랩(10)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  20. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 플랩(10)은 모서리부위(8) 중 어느하나와 그에 인접한 직물의 모서리 사이의 직물부위(15)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  21. 전기한 어느 일 항에 있어서, 섬유는 열회복 가능하며, 추가로 온도 지시장치를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  22. 전기한 어느일 항에 있어서, 회복 가능한 직물의 두 면은 직물을 관통하는 기계적인 연결장치에 의해서 선을 따라 결합되게 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  23. 전기한 어느 일 항에 있어서, 기계적 연결장치는 봉합이나 스테이플로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  24. 전기한 어느 일 항에 있어서, 상기 직물 덮개 부위는 하나의 포권형 슬리이브의 형태를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.
  25. 대상물(14) 주위를 전기한 어느 일 항의 부재로 감고 그 일차 및 이차 모서리부위를 고정시키며, 섬유의 회복을 유발시킴으로써 상기 대상물을 밀폐하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재.

  29. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 판은 루프의 내벽(18)에 접착제를 도포하며, 이 접착제는 루프를 형성하는 판의 어느 부위가 회복할 때 활성화됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재의 제조방법.
  30. 제28항 또는 제29항의 방법에 의하여 판의 서로 대향하는 모서리 부위에 하나의 밀폐부재를 형성하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재의 제조방법.
  31. 제28항에서 30항 까지의 어느 일 항에 있어서, 상기 판은 회복 가능한 직물임을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 포권형 부재의 제조방법.
