Claims (4)
- 縦糸と横糸とから織りあげられた生地を熱処理によりカールさせてなるチューブ状カバーであって、
前記縦糸又は/及び横糸は、S方向またはZ方向のいずれか一の巻き方向で撚られた糸をさらに複数撚り合わせて生成した合撚糸であり、
前記合撚糸の生成の際の撚り合わせの巻き方向は、前記糸の巻き方向とは逆の方向であることを特徴とするチューブ状カバー。 - 所定単位長での糸の撚り合わせ回転数と合撚糸の撚り合わせ回転数の比が3:10であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチューブ状カバー。
- S方向またはZ方向のいずれか一の巻き方向で撚られた糸を複数生成する糸生成工程と、
前記生成された複数の糸を、当該糸の巻き方向とは逆の方向で撚り合わせて合撚糸を生成する合撚糸生成工程と、
前記生成された合撚糸を縦糸又は/及び横糸として生地を織り上げる生地織上工程と、
前記織り上げられた生地を熱処理によりカールさせてチューブ状カバーとするカール工程と、
を有するチューブ状カバーの製造方法。 - 前記糸生成工程における所定単位長での糸の撚り合わせ回転数と、前記合撚糸生成工程における所定単位長での合撚糸の撚り合わせ回転数の比が3:10であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のチューブ状カバーの製造方法。
