제3도 및 제4도는 본 발명방법에 의한 폴리우레탄계 수지.

Claims (6)

  1. 폴리우레탄계 수지필름성과 형성용에 사용되고 기체 위에 박리층을 가진 지지체에 있어서 상기 지체 위에 폴리프로필렌 95 내지 65중량부와 폴리에틸렌 5 내지 35중량부로 된 혼합물을 T다이(die) 출구수지온도 300℃ 이하에서 응용압출도포(塗工)하여 박리층을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄계 수지필름성막 형성용에 사용되는 지지체의 제조법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌과 폴리에틸렌과의 혼합물의 JIS K 6758에 의한 MFR(멜트플로우레이트) 10 내지 40g/10분, JIS K 6758에 의한 밀도가 0.89 내지 0.92g/cm3, 또한 차동열랑계에 의한 폴리에틸렌에 의거한 용점이 100 내지 130℃, 폴리프로필렌에 의거한 용점이 155 내지 165℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄계 수지 필름 성과 형성용에 사용되는 지지체의 제조법.
  3. 박리층―접착증강층―기체의 순서로 배설된 폴리우레탄계 수지필름성막용 지지체의 제조방법에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 95 내지 65중량부와 폴리에틸렌 5 내지 35중량부로 된 혼합물(A)에서 이루어진 박리층과, 박리층과 기체간의 접착성을 증강시키는 접착증강층을 형성하는 수지(B)와를 응용공(共) 압출도포하고 여기서 혼합물(A)의 T다이 출구수지 온도는 300℃ 이하이며 수지(B)의 T다이 출구수지온도는 290 내지 330℃이고 또한 상기 수지(B)의 T다이 출구수지온도가 상기 혼합물(A)의 T다이 출구수지온도보다 고온인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄계 수지필름 성막형성용에 사용되는 지지체의 제조법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 폴리프로필렌과 폴리에틸렌과의 혼합물(A)의, JIS K 6758에 의한 MDR(멜트폴로우레이트)가 10 내지 40g/10분, JIS K 6758에 의한 밀도가 0.89 내지 0.92g/cm3, 또한 차동열량계에 의한 폴리에틸렌에 의거한 용점이 100 내지 130℃, 폴리프로필렌에 의거한 용점이 155 내지 165℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄계 수지필름성막용에 사용되는 지지체의 제조법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서 접착증강층을 형성하는 수지(B)가 폴리프로필렌과 폴리에틸렌과의 혼합물, 또는 에틸―α 올레핀 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄계수지 필름 성막 형성용에 사용되는 지지체의 제조법.
