Claims (12)

  1. 코팅을 형성하도록 파이프의 표면에 부식방지 물질의 층을 접착하는 단계와 상기 코팅상에 보호외피를 형성하도록 폴리올레핀으로 구성된 층을 상기 코팅상에 직접압출하는 단계로 구성된 파이프코팅방법.
  2. 상기 파이프의 표면에 부식방지물질의 층을 접착하는 단계가 상기 파이프의 표면에 분말에폭시수지층을 도포하는 단계와 상기 층을 용융경화시킬 수 있도록 상기 파이프를 가열하는 단계로 구성되는 바의 청구범위 1에 청구된 방법.
  3. 상기 파이프의 표면에 부식방지물질의 층을 접착하는 단계가 상기 파이프의 표면에 부틸 압력감응접착제의 층으로 도포하는 단계로 구성되는 바의 청구범위 1에 청구된 방법.
  4. 상기 파이프의 표면에 부식방지물질의 층을 접착하는 단계가 상기 파이프의 표면에 가열 활성접착제층을 도포하는 단계와 상기 접착제를 활성화시키도록 상기 파이프를 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 청구범위 1에 청구된 방법.
  5. 상기 압출단계가 그 내측면에 적어도 하나의 접착제층이 구성되고 외측면에 적어도 하나의 폴리올레핀층이 구성된 복합시이트를 동시압출하는 단계로 구성되는 바의 청구범위 2에 청구된 방법.
  6. 상기 동시압출된 접착제층이 에틸렌 공중합체 또는 아크릴산이 포함된 프로필렌 공중합체로 구성되는 바의 청구범위 5에 청구된 방법.
  7. 폴리올레핀으로 구성된 층이 폴리올레핀 단일층인 바의 청구범위 3 또는 4에 청구된 방법.
  8. 폴리올레핀의 압출단계가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 내측부와 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 외측부를 가진 복합시이트를 동시압출하는 단계로 구성되는 바의 청구범위 1에 청구된 방법.
  9. 폴리올레핀을 압출하는 단계가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성되는 내측부와 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성되는 외측부를 가진 복합시이트로 동시압출되는 단계로 구성되는 바의 청구범위 3 또는 4에 청구된 방법.
  10. 상술한 바와 같은 실제의 파이프 코팅방법.
  11. 전기 청구범위의 어느 하나에 따라 코팅된 파이프.
