Claims (10)
- 압력하의 유체의 필요한 양을 선택적으로 분배하기 위한 유체제어장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 유체쳄버, 입구 그리고 유체쳄버와 압력하의 유체외 원천에 연결할 수 있는 입구와 연통하는 출구를 가지고 있는 밸브 바디와, 출구를 통해 유체분배를 제어하기 위한 유체제어 밸브와, 출구와 연결된 바디내에 있는 최소한 하나의 밸브시이트와, 밸브시이트와 협동하는 밸브바디상에 장치된 밀봉부재와, 필요할때 출구와 연결하거나 분비하도록 밀봉부재를 속박하는 충격부재등으로 구성되었으며, 상기 밀봉부재는 충격부재(30)에 의해왜곡되는 변형부재(24)와 유체로부터 격리되고 직류전원(50)에 전기적으로 연결할 수 있는 밸브바디(20)상에 장치된 압전벤더(28)로 형성되며, 상기 벤더(28)는 충격부재(30)나 벤더(28)가 유체와 접촉하지 않고 변형부재를 왜곡하도록 선택적으로 벤더에 에너지를 주거나 없애는 즉시 선택적으로 이동하기 위해 충격부재(30)를 속박하고 있는 편향부(48A)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출구는 각각 쳄버(22)와 연결된 다수의 분리된 출구(16A),(16B),(16C), (16D)를 구성하며, 상기 장치는 벤더(28) 에너지를 주거나 없애는 즉시 분리된 출구로부터 유체를 선택적으로 분배하기 위해 편향 밀봉부재(24)와 협동하는 동일한 수의 충격부재(30)와 벤더(28) 그리고 밸브 시이트(29)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 제어장치.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부는 얇은막을 포함하고, 충격부재는 밸브 시이트와 보조적인 표면을 갖는 바디로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 유체 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부재는 얇은막을 포함하고, 충격부재는 각각의 밸브 시이트와 보조적인 표 면을 갖는 다수의 바디로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 유체 제어장치
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 각 충격부재는 다면체형태를 갖는것을 특징으로하는 유체제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 각 충격부재는 불형태를 갖는것을 특징으로하는 유체 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 각 벤더는 상기 밸브 바디상의 한단부에 걸린 피에조세라믹웨이퍼인 것과, 각 편향부는 웨이퍼의 반대단부에 인접해 있는것을 특징으로하는 유체 제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 밸브바디는 각 밸브 시이트속에 지지되는 각충격부재를 갖는 설치 판을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 유체 제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 편향부재는 탄성체 또는 고무재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 제어장치.
