Claims (7)

  1. 반응 사출 성형법에 의하여 성형 제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 출발 물질을, 불활성 가스를 사용하여 내압을 0.5 내지 20kg/㎠.G로 유지시킨 몰드 내에 사출시키고, 출발 물질의 중합 성형이 완결될 때까지 몰드의 내압을 출발물질의 사출에 의해 증가된 압력보다 높은 수준으로 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 출발물질을 사출시킬 몰드의 내압을 1 내지 10kg/㎠.G로 유지시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 출발물질이 ω-락탐으로 이루어진 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 출발물질이 ω-락탐; 알칼리 촉매 0.05 내지 10몰%(ω-락탐을 기준) 및 N-아실락탐, 유기 이소시아네이트, 산 클로라이드, 산 무수물, 에스테르, 우레아 유도체, 키보디이미드 및 케텐중에서 선택된 조촉매 0.01 내지 5몰%(ω-락탐을 기준) 또는 상기의 조촉매와 폴리올, 폴리아민 또는 폴리카복실산과의 반응생성물 중에서 선택된 조촉매 1 내지 60중량%(ω-락탐을 기준)와의 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, ω-락탐의 중합성형을 ω-락탐의 융점 이상, 형성된 폴리아미드의 융점 이하에서 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중합 성형시 몰드의 내압을 50kg/㎠.G 이하의 수준으로 유지시키는 방법.
