Claims (11)
- 다음의 일반식에 표시함과 같이 오르토벤조산류와 불화수소와 불화붕소와의 복합체류의 복합상태를 해체하여 일방으로는 오르토벤조일벤조산을 얻고, 타방으로는 불화수소와 불화붕소를 분리하여 얻는 분해처리를 수행함에 있어서, 증류용의 이론적 간격판을 적어도 3단계 이상을 배설하고서 용매의 충입량에 대하여 중량비로 5 내지 40배를 환류하는 증류컬럼 속에서 적어도 20℃ 이상으로 되는 불활성용매의 작용하여서 해체처리용의 복합체를 분해처리함을 특징으로 하는 오르토 벤조일벤조산과 불화수소와 3불화붕소와의 복합체류의 분해처리법.
- 증류용 간격판의 단계수효가 15 내지 40단계로 되는 증류컬럼으로 하고서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 기재의 분해처리법.
- 불활성용매의 충입유량비(중량비)에 대하여 환류비를 10 내지 20배의 중량비로 하고서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항과 제2항의 어느 하나에 기재한 분해처리법.
- 중류컬럼의 작동온도를 20 내지 150℃의 범위로 하고서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제3항에 기재한 어느 하나의 분해처리법.
- 할로겐화지방족 탄화수소를 불활성용매로 하고서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 기재의 분해처리범.
- 메틸렌클로리드를 불활성용매로 하고서 수행함을 특징으로하는 청구범위 제5항 기재의 분해처리법.
- 1,2-디클로로에탄올 불활성용매로 하고서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제5항 기재의 분해처리법.
- 불소화방향족탄화수소를 불활성용매로 하고서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 기재의 분해처리법.
