자유-흐름 에팁셀룰로스 미세 캡슈울의 제조방법

Claims (19)

  1. 다음과 같은 과정을 포함하는 자유-흐름 미세 캡슈울의 제조방법.
    (1) 에틸셀룰로스와 탄화수소 화합물을 함유하는 시클로헥산에 중심물질을 분산시킨다. 단, 상기 탄화수소 화합물은 시클로헥산에 가용성이고 분자량이 150내지 3,000이며, 용해도 매개변수(δ,25℃에서) 7내지 10(cal/㎤)1/2이다, (2) 분산으로 부터 에틸셀룰로스가 분리되어 나와 상기 중심물질 주위에 피막벽을 형성할때까지 분산을 냉각시킨다. 그리고, (3) 상기와 같이 하여 형성된 미세 캡슈울들을 수집한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 탄화수소의 용해도 매개변수가 7.5내지 9.5 (cal/㎤) 1/2인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 상기 탄화수소 화합물의 용해도 매개변수가 8.0내지 9.2 (cal/㎤) 1.2인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 상기 탄화수소 화합물이 액체 파라핀, 와세린, 세레신, 파라핀, 미세결정 왁스, 스쿠알란, 스쿠알렌, 프리스탄, 폴리부타디엔(분자량: 500내지 3,000), 폴리부텐(분자량: 200내지 3,000), 폴리이소프렌(분자량: 1,000내지 3,000) 및 부타디엔-스티렌공중합체(분자량: 1500내지 3000)로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 일원인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 상기 탄화수소 화화물이 액체 파라핀, 파라핀 및 폴리부렌(분자량: 200내지 2,500)으로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 일원인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 상기 탄화수소 화합물이 액체 파라핀인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서 탄화수소 화합물이 시클로헥산 100ml당 0.1내지 20g의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서 탄화수소 화합물이 시클로헥산 100ml당 1내지 10g의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서 탄화수소 화합물이 시클로헥산 100ml당 1내지 3g의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서 에톡시 함량이 46.5내지 55w/w%인 에틸셀룰로스가 사용되는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서 에톡시 함량이 46.5내지 55w/w%이고, 점도(톨루엔-에탄올(4:1)에서 5w/w%용액에 대해 25℃에서 측정)가 3내지 500cP인 에틸셀룰로스가 사용되는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서 에틸셀룰로스가 중심물질 1g당 0.03내지 5g의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서 탄화수소 화합물이 액체 파라핀인 방법.
  14. 제4항에 있어서, 에틸셀룰로스, 탄화수소 화합물 그리고 중심물질을 시클로헥산에 부가하고 그 혼합물을 75°내지 80℃로 가열함으로써 분산과정(1)이 실행되는 방법.
  15. 제4항에 있어서 에틸셀룰로스와 탄화수소 화합물을 75°내지 80℃에서 시클로헥산에 용해시킨 다음 중심물질을 교반하에 그 용액에 분산시킴으로써 분산과정(1)이 실행되는 방법.
  16. 제4항에 있어서 탄화수소 화합물이 부틸고무, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리이소부틸렌으로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 탄화수소 중합체와 함께 사용되는 방법.
  17. 제4항에 있어서 탄화수소 화합물이 티메틸폴리실록산, 메틸페닐폴리실록산, 디페닐폴리실록산 및 폴리스티렌-폴리디메틸실록산 블록 공중합체로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 오르가노폴리실록산과 함께 사용되는 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서 탄화수소 화합물이 시클로헥산 100ml당 0.1내지 20g의 양으로 사용되고 탄화수소 중합체는 시클로헥산 100ml당 0.1내지 10g의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서 탄화수소 화합물이 시클로헥산 100ml당 0.1내지 20g의 양으로 사용되고 오르가노 폴리실록산은 시클로헥산 100ml당 0.01내지 10g의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
