Claims (1)

  1. 예비의 워드선 혹은 데이터선이 있는 반도체 메모리에 있어서, 예비의 워드선 혹은 데이터선이 선택되었을 때 정규의 워드선 혹은 데이터 선을 비 선택으로 하는 방법으로서 정규의 워드선 혹은 데이터 선을 구동하는 워드선구동 펄스 혹은 데이터선 선택 펄스를 끊으므로서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 결함 구제 회로가 있는 반도체 메모리.
