Claims (5)
- 니켈-인합금으로 이루어지며, 그층의 외표면이 보호층으로 코팅된 층으로 코팅된 제품에 있어서, 보호층이 성분 CrPO4및 Cr(OH2)등으로 이루어진 수화 염기성 크론인산염의 반전층으로 구성되며 여기에 Cr2(SO4)가 존재할 경우에는 Cr:P:S-1=(0.2-1.5):(0-0.5)의 질량비를 갖게 되는 것을 특징으로하는 니켈-인 합금제품.
- 제1항에 의한 제품에 있어서, 보호층이 흑색을 가지며, 성분CrPO4및 Cr(OH)3의 수화 크롬인산염으로 이루어지며, 여기에 Cr2(SO4)3가 존재할 경우에는 Cr:P:S=1:1:(0-1.2)의 질량비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈-인합금 제품.
- 제1항에 의한 보호층 생성방법에 있어서 보호층은 니켈-인합금으로 이루어진 층으로 코팅된 입자를 크롬산염이온을 포함하는 수용액속에서 처리하므로써 생성되며, 이 코팅된 제품은 대기온도에서 크롬산의 수용액속에서 전극으로서 연결되며, 전극은 0.2A 1A/dm2사이에 전류밀도를 가지며, 0.1-50Hz 사이의 주파수를 주기적으로 반전되는 전류가 흐르며, 음극펄스 주기와 양극펄스주기 사이의 비는 0.05-20사이에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈-인 합금제품.
- 제3항에 의한 방법에 있어서, 처리용액은 크롬산에 주가적으로 황산과 인산을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈-인 합금제품.
- 니켈-인 합금표면위에 제2항에 정의된 것과 같은 흑색 보층을 생성하는 제3항의 방법에 있어서, 주기적으로 반전되는 전류가 0.05-25 Hz 사이에 교류주파수를 가지며 음극펄스 주기와 양극펄수주기의 비가 0.1-0.8 사이에 존재한다는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
