Claims (17)

  1. (a) 사료 또는 사료유사 조성물내에서 불안정하나, 중성 조건하에 안정한 화합물 유효량:
    (b) 폴리사카라이드 젤화제 유효량: 및
    (c) 금속염 유효량을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물을 사료 또는 사료 유사 성분내에 투여하기 위한 안정한 과립제형
  2. (a) 에프로토마이신, 이버멕틴, 밀베마이신, 티로신, A.I.V., 항생제 B-5050 , 항생제 테트라하이드로 B-5050, 모시-마이신, 디하이드로 모시마이신 및 골디노-마이신 또는 그의 혼합물중에서 선택된 화합물의 유효량:
    (b) 폴리사카라이드 젤화제의 유효량 : 및
    (c) 금속염으리 유효량을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물을 투여하기 위한 안정한 과립제형
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 화합물의 양이 과립제형의 0.1 내지 70중량%인 과립제형
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 조성물의 비율이:
    (a) 화합물 0.1 내지 70중량부
    (b) 폴리사카라이드 젤화제 하나 또는 혼합물 10 내지 80중량부 : 및
    (c) 금속염 10 내지 80중량부인 과립제형
  5. 제2항에 있어서 조성분의 비율이:
    (a) 화합물 2내 지 40중량부
    (b) 폴리사카라이드 젤화제 하나 또는 혼합물 20내지 50중량부 : 및
    (c) 금속염 20내지 85중량부인 과립제형
  6. 제2항에 있어서 조성분의 비율이:
    (a)화합물 5 내지 35부
    (b) 폴리사카라이드 절화제 하나 또는 혼합물의 15내지 50부 : 및
    (c) 수산화 마그네슘 20 내지 80부인 과립제형
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 조성분의 비율이:
    (a) 화합물 5부:
    (b) 폴리사카라이드 젤화제 하나 또는 혼합물 47.5부: 및
    (c) 수산화마그네슘 47.5부인 과립제형
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리사카라이드 젤화제가 아리진산, 칼슘 알지네이트, 전분 또는 그의 혼합물인 과립제형
  9. (1)하기 (a),(b) 및 (c)에서 기술한 성분의 습한 혼합물을 물, 저급알칸올, 저급 알카논 또는 그의 혼합물중에서 선택한 용매와 혼합하여 제조하고:
    (2)혼합물을 건조한 후:
    (3) 혼합물로 부터 목적하는 크기의 과립으로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 하기 성분의 조성물을 함유하는 안정한 과립제형의 제조방법
    (a) 에프로토마이신, 이버멕틴, 밀베마이신, 티로신, A.I.V., 항생제 B-5050 , 항생제 테트라하이드로 B-5050, 모시-마이신, 디하이드로 모시마이신, 및 골디노마이신 또는 그의 혼합물을 함유하는 그룹으로 부터 선택한 화합물 유효량:
    (b) 폴리사카라이드 젤화제의 유효량 : 및
    (c) 금속염 유효량
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 화합물이 에프로토마이신, 이버멕틴, A.I.V., 모시마이신 또는 골디노-마이신인 방
  11. 법제9항에 있어서, 조성분의 비율이:
    (a) 화합물 0.1 내지 70중량부;
    (b) 폴리사카라이드 젤화제 하나 또는 혼합물 10 내지 80중량부 :
    (c) 금속염 10 내지 80중량부인 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 조성분의 비율이:
    (a) 화합물 2내 지 40중량부;
    (b) 폴리사카라이드 젤화제 하나 또는 혼합물 15 내지 50중량부 :
    (c) 금속염 20내지 85중량부인 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 조성분의 비율이:
    (a)화합물 5 내지 35부;

  14. 제9항에 있어서, 조성분의 비율이:

  15. 제9항에 있어서, 폴리사카라이드 젤화제가 알진산, 칼슘 알지네이트, 전분 도는 그의 혼합물인 방법
  16. 제1항에 따른 과립제형 유효량 및 약학적으로 허용되는 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 담체가 동물사료이고 과립제형에서의 화합물이 에프로토마이신, 이버맥틴, A.I.V., 모시마이신 또는 골디노마이신인 조성물.
