Claims (11)
- 이소시아누레이트가 바람직한 비율에 도달했을 때, 하나 이상의 수산기를 운반하는 유기화합물(A), 또는 이소시아네이트기를 유기화합물(A)와 반응시켜 생성된 화합물중에서 선택된 불활성화 화합물을 가함으로써 촉매가 불활성화되며, 이때 유기화합물(A)는 이소시아네이트기에 대해 불활성인 기 또는 원자를 임의로 운반하며 알콜, 페놀 또는 하나의 히드록시 실릴기(또는 히드록시 실릴기류)를 운반하는 유기실리콘화합물중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하여, 촉매로서 아미노 실릴기함유화합물을 사용하는 폴리이소시아네이트의 촉매적 시클로트리머화에 의한 폴리이소시아네이토-폴리이소시아누레이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성화 화합물이 유기화합물(A), 또는 이소시아네이트기를 화합물(A)와 반응시켜 생성된 화합물중에서 선택되었으며, 화합물(A)는 에놀, 1급, 2급 또는 3급 알콜, 1급, 2급 또는 3급 폴리올, 페놀 또는 폴리페놀, 케톡심, 실라놀, 실란, 디올, 실록산 또는 하나의 히드록시 실릴기(또는 히드록시 실릴기류)함유 폴리실록산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 불활성화 화합물이 1-8탄소원자를 가진 1급 또는 2급 모노알콜중에서, 또는 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 운반하는 화합물 및 1-8탄소원자를 가진 1급 또는 2급 모노알콜로부터 유도된 우레탄중에서 선택되었음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1-3항중 하나에 있어서, 불활성화 화합물이 3-6탄소원자를 가진 1급 또는 2급 모노알콜임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1-4항중 하나에 있어서, 폴리이소 시아네이트의 촉매적 시클로트리머화를 위한 촉매로서 사용되는 아미노 실릴 화합물이 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이며R(4-n)Si[NR′R″]n (Ⅰ)이때, R은 지방족 또는 지환족, 포화 또는 불포화 및 아릴, 아르알킬 또는 알킬아릴기이며 할로겐원자 또는 CN기에 의해 임의로 치환된 탄화수소형의 1가의 기를 나타내며 두 R기는 함께 2가의 탄화수소기를 형성할 수 있으며, R′는 R 및 SiR3기중에서 선택된 1가의 기 또는 일반식 -CO-N-R″′의 아미드기이며(R″′는 R 는 SiR3이며 R은 상기와 같다) R′가 아미드기 또는 SiR3기를 나타내지 않는다면 R″′기와 함께 2가의 탄화수소기를 형성할 수 있으며 R″′는 R기와 같은 의미를 갖는 1가의 기 또는 R′가 아미드기가 아니라면 수소원자이며 n은 1 또는 2의 정수이며 n이 2이하는 R′면 R기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 아미노아실기 함유 화합물이 일반식(Ⅰ)을 가지며 이때 R은 1-5탄소원자를 가지며 1-6염소 및/또는 플루오로원자를 임의로 함유하는 알킬, 알케닐, 할로게노알킬 또는 할로게노알케닐기, 3-8탄소원자를 가지며 1-4염소 및/또는 플루오로원자를 임의로 함유하는 시클로알킬, 시클로알케닐, 할로게노 시클로알킬 또는 할로게노 시클로알케닐기 6-8탄소원자를 가지며 1-4염소 및/또는 플루오로원자를 임의로 함유하는 아릴, 알킬아릴 또는 할로게노 아릴기 또는 3-4탄소원자를 가진 시아노알킬기를 나타내며, 같은 실리콘원자에 의해 운반된 두 R은 1-4탄소원자를 가진 2가의 기를 형성하고R′는 R, SiR3및 -CO(NR)-R″′ 중에서 선택된 1가의 기이며 R″′는 R 또는 SiR3기를 나타내고 R은 상기와 같은 의미이며 R′는 R″와 함께 4-6탄소원자를 가진 알킬렌기를 형성할 수 있고R″는 1-4탄소원자를 가진 알킬 또는 알케닐기, 4-6핵탄소원자를 가진 시클로알킬 또는 시클로 알케닐기, 페닐, 토일 또는 크실릴기 또는 R′가 아미드기가 아니라며 수소원자를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5 및 6항중 하나에 있어서, 아미노실릴기를 함유한 화합물이 아미노실란임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5 및 6항중 하나에 있어서, 아미노실릴기를 함유한 화합물이 디아미노실란임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5 및 6항중 하나에 있어서, 아미노실릴기를 함유한 화합물이 이실릴우레아임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5 및 6항중 하나에 있어서, 아미노실릴기를 함유한 화합물이 실라잔임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1-10항중 하나에 있어서, 기재된 방법에 의해 얻어진 폴리이소시아네이토-폴리이소시아누레이트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
