Abstract

본 발명은 신규 오가노실록산 화합물은 2개 이상의 알콕시 또는 기타 가수분해가능한 그룹 및 -OR1Si≡(여기서, R1은 탄소, 수소 및, 임의로는 산소를 포함하는 2가 유기 그룹을 나타낸다)를 함유하는 규소원자(1) 및 규소 결합된 수소원자 또는 알케닐 라디칼(2)을 포함함을 특징으로 한다. 당해 화합물의 바람직한 제조방법은 규소 결합된 알케닐옥시 그룹 및 2개 이상의 규소 결합된 가수분해가능한 그룹 또는 이의 전구체를 함유하는 실란(A) 및 오가노하이드로겐실록산(B)의 반응에 의한 방법이다. 이 반응은 하이드로실화촉매의 존재하에 수행된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 일반식(1)의 오가노실록산 화합물,
    XmR2 (3-m)SiOR1[Si(R3)3]n(1)
    상기 식에서, R1은 탄소수가 3 이상이며, 원자가는 n+1 (여기서, n은 1 또는 2이다)이고, n이 1인 경우, R1은 -R4-, -R4OR5-, -R,OC(0)R6- 및 0R7C(O)OR5-로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며, n이 2인경우, R1은 -(R40)2R8-[여기서, R5, R6및 R8은 상기식의 산소원자에 결합되며, R4, R6및 R7은 탄소소가 3 이상인 하이드로 카빌렌 또는 치환된 하이드로카빌렌 라디칼(여기서, 치환체는 하이드록실 또는 알콕시이다)을 나타내며, R5는 탄소수가 2 내지 12이며, 하이드로카빌렌 라디칼 또는 알릴옥시 치환된 하이드로카빌렌 라디칼로부터 선택되고, R5은 3가 탄화수소 라디칼이다]이고; R2는 각각 독립적으로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 1가 탄화수소 라디칼로부터 선택되며; R3은 각각 독립적으로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 1가 탄화수소 라디칼, 규쇼 결합된 수소원자, X 및 일반식 O[SiR9O(3-P)/2]q의 실록산 단위[여기서, p는 0,1,2 또는 3이고, q는 1 이상이며, R9는 각각 독립적으로 X, 수소원자, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 1가 탄화수소 라디칼, XmR2 3-mSiOR1- 및 -R11[R10 sSiO(3-s)/2]r{여기서, r은 1 이상이며, s는 0,1,2 또는 3이고, 일반식 R10 sSiO(3-s)/2의 실록산 단위는 r이 1보다 큰 경우에 연속적이되, 단 R3으로 표시되는 1개 이상의 치환체는 규소 결합된 수소원자 또는 알케닐 라디칼을 함유하며, R10은 각각 독립적으로 1가 탄화수소 라디칼, 수소원자 및 X로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고, R11은 탄소수가 2 이상인 하이드로카빌렌 또는 치환된 하이드로카빌렌 라디칼(여기서, 치환체는 하이드록실 또는 알콕시이다)이다}로부터 선택되며, 실록산 단위는 q가 1보다 큰 경우에 연속적이다]로부터 선택되고; X는 가수분해가능한 그룹이며; m은 2 또는 3이며; n은 1 또는 2이고; R2, R3, R9내지 R11로 표시된 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼에 존재하는 치환체는 할로겐, 에폭시, 아미노, 머캅토 및 3-메타크릴옥시프로필로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된다.
