Claims (15)

  1. 물, 산화제 및 하기구조식(Ⅲ)의 N-(포스포노메틸)이미노디아세트산 이미노우레아염을 혼합한 후, 상기 산화제 및 그 염이 반응하여 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 생성하는 온도까지 상기 혼합물을 가열하여 하기 구소식(Ⅰ)의 N-포스포노메틸글리신 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기에서, R1,R2및 R3는 각각 -OH 및 -OR4로부터 선정되며, 여기서 R4는 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 양이온 이미노우레아유도체를 형성하는 염이며, n은 1 또는 2이며,
    상기에서, R5, R5',R6,R6'및 R7은 각각 H, NH2, CH2OH,의해 선택적으로 치환된 아릴시클로알킬, 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬, 또는 알케닐기, 또는 알킬아릴기이다. 단, (a) R1,R2및 R3중 1 또는 2는 OR4이고, (b) R5, R5',R6,R6' 중 2이하는 아릴 또는 치환된 아릴이고, (c) R5, R5',R6,R6'및 R7중 하나는 CH20H이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화제가 산소분자 함유가스이고, 활성화탄소로 구성된 축매존재하에 반응이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산화제가 H2O2인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R5,R5',R6,R6' 중 하나가 아미노기이고 다른 것은 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R5또는 R5'가 페닐 또는 메틸페닐이고 다른 것은 수소이거나, 또는 R6또는 R6'가 페닐 또는 메틸페닐이고 다른 것은 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 OR4이고 R3가 하이드록시인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, R2가 OR4이고 R1및 R3가 하이드록시인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, R5, R5',R6및 R6'중 하나가 니트로기이고, 나머지도 수소인것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 및 알케닐기가 1-6인 탄소원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐이 염소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, R5, R5',R6,R6'및 R7이 각각 H,NH2페닐, 알킬 및 톨릴로부터 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, R5, R5',R6,R6'및 R7이 모두 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 청구범위 제1항에 의해 제조된 구조식(Ⅰ)의 N-포스포노메틸글리신이미노우레아염.
  14. 구조식(Ⅰ)의 N-포스포노메틸글리신 이미노우레아염 약 1.75-2.5몰과 물 1ℓ당 표면활성제 2-5%를 혼합하여 초제제 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 따라 제조된 조성물의 제초유효량을 이용하여 잡초를 제거하는 방법.
