Claims (9)
- 단순 화합물로서 알루미늄 플루오라이드 53-62중량%, 칼륨 플루오라이드 35-44중량%, 리튬 플루오라이드 2-7중량%와 불순물 2중량% 이하를 함유하는 것으로, 상기 화합물들이 알칼리 금속 플루오알루미네이트 착물의 혼합물 또는 알루미늄 플루오라이드를 갖는 그의 혼합물의 형태로 융제에 존재하는 경납땜 융제.
- 제1항에 있어서,74마이크론 이하의 입자크기를 갖는 건조 과랍형태인 경납땜 융제.
- 제1항 또는 2항의 5-50건조중량%의 고체 융제물질과 95-50%의액체 매질로 구성된 경납땜 융제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 물인 것을 특징으로 하느 경납땜 융제.
- 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금 성분과 또 다른 금속성분 사이에 경납땜된 접합부를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제 1-4항중 어느 하나에 따른 융제재와 상기 성분의 고상선 온도보다 더 낮은 액상선 온도 이상이면서 상기 성분의 고상선 온도 이하인 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경납땜 접합부의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 성분중 적어도 하나가 0.4-2중량%의 Mg를 함유하는 A1합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 융제가 3-15g/㎡의 고체함량으로 수성 슬러리 형태로 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분이 알루미늄 합금 주조물이고, 경납땜 합금이 접합될 표면 사이에 미리 성형된 쉬트 부재로서 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 조립체가 250ppm이하의 수증기 함량을 갖는 불활성 가스 대기 하에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
