구조 세라믹의 직접 브레이징용 구리-은-티타늄 필러 메탈

제1도는 본 발명의 합금재의 원자 백분율로 표시한 조성물과 본 발명의 합금재와 비교 시험한 다른 2가지 브레이징 필러 메탈(brazing filler metal)의 조성물을 나타낸 3원도.
제2도는 본 발명의 2가지 필러 금속의 우수한 슴윤작용을 시판되고 있는 "Ticusil"과비교하여 도시한 그라프.

Claims (3)

  1. 반드시 구리 30-50원자%, 은 15-50%원자% 및 티타늄 10-45원자%로 구성되고 사이사이에 베열되어 있는 브레이징 필러 메탈로써 상호 인접부에 접합될 성분의 표면을 접합시키고, 이와같이 얻은 접합체를 비산화 조건하에서 900°-1,000℃의 브레이징 온도로 가열시켜 브레이즈 접합부를 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 성분과 금속 성분을 자체 및 서로 다른 성분들까지 접합시키는 방법.
  2. 반드시 구리 35-50원자%, 은 15-50원자% 및 티타늄 10-45원자%로 구성되고 사이사이에 배열되어 있는 브레이징 필터 금속으로써 세라믹과 금속들 중의 최소한 2가지 구조 성분을 자체 또는 서로 다른 성분끼리 결합시킨 복합체.
  3. 반드시 구리 35-50원자%, 은 15-50%원자, 티타늄 10-45원자%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 세라믹과 금속을 자체 또는 서로 다른 금속끼리 접합시키는 브레이징 필러 메탈.
