Claims (20)
- 2가의 금속 포스페이트, 산화촉진제 및 결정 미세화물질등으로 이루어진 금속 포스페이트 화성피복형성용 산성액상 조성물에 있어서, 결정 미세화물질이 적어도 하나의 유리된 알코올성 하이드록실그룹을 갖는 산성의 유기 포스페이트 및 포스포네이트로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 물질을 함유하며 포스페이트가 환상 또는 측쇄를 갖는 유기 알코올로부터 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2가의 금속이 아연, 아연-니켈, 아연-마그네슘, 아연-칼슘, 아연-망간 및 망간등으로이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉진제를 알칼리금속 아질산염 및 염소산염등으로 이루어진그룹에서 선택한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정 미세화물질이 펜타에리트리틀산 포스페이트인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,결정 미세화물질이 N,N,N',N'-테트라키스-(2-하이드록시프로필)-에틸렌-디아민산 포스페이트인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정 미세화물질이 헥시-하이드록시 사이클로핵산 산 포스페이트인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정 미세화물질이 1-하이드록시에틸리덴-1, 1-디포스폰산인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정 미세화물질이 금속 킬레이트 형태인 조성물.

- 2가의 금속 포스페이트, 산화촉진제 및 결정 미세화물질등으로 이루어진 가열된 산성의, 액상조성물을 표면에 접촉시켜 금속 표면에 금속 포스페이트 화성피복을 형성시키는 방법에 있어서, 결정 미세화물질이 적어도 하나의 유리된 알코올성 하이드록실그룹을 갖는 산성의 유기 포스페이트 및 포스포네이트로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 물질을 함유하며 포스페이트가 환상 또는 측쇄을 갖는유기 알코올로부터 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
