Claims (11)

  1. 액상소적이 냉각액체중에서 이의 표면을 향해 부유할 때 동결되어 구형입자를 형성할 수 있도록 액체매질과 분혼화성이고 액체매질에 대해 불활성이며 액체매질과 생성되는 동결입자 양자의 밀도보다 더 높은 밀도를 갖는, 액체매질의 빙점이하의 온도에서 유지된 냉각액체의 표면하부로 소적형태의 액체매질을 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 구형의 동결된 입자를 제조하기 위한 액체매질의 동결방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 동결된 구형입자를 냉각액체표면 상부주변에서 수집하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 액체매질이 연이은 동결건조시 물에서 분해될 수 있는 망상조직을 형성하는, 담체물질을 수성용매중에 가한 용액을 함유하는 조성물인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 조성물이 소정량의 화학물질을 부가적으로 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 화학물질이 약학적 물질인 방법.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 담체물질이 주로 가수분해된 젤라틴 또는 덱스트란인 방법.
  7. 제3항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 냉각액체가 트리클로로에탄, 트리클로로에틸렌, 디클로로메탄, 디에틸에테르 또는 플루오로트리클로로메탄인 방법.
  8. 상기 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 생성된 구형입자를 동결 건조시키는 방법.
  9. 냉각액체를 수용하는 용기, 냉각액체의 온도를 액체매질의 빙점이하의 온도에서 유지시키는 기구, 소적형태의 액체매질을 냉각액체의 표면하부로 도입하기 위해 용기내에 설치한 유입구, 유입구의 온도를 액체매질의 빙점이상의 온도로 유지시키는 기구 및 동결된 구형입자를 입구보다 표에 가까운 위치에서 수집하는 기구로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 구형의 동결된 입자를 제조하기 위한 액체매질의 동결장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 냉각액체의 수용용기가 필요량의 냉각액체를 함유시키기에 충분한 길이를 갖는 컬럼 인 장치.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 유입구를 필요한 온도에서 유지시키기 위해 전열기 또는 열교환액체를 사용하는 장치.
