Claims (1)
- 차동 트랜지스터회로를 구성하는 제1, 제2, 제3의 트랜지스터를 구비하고 1단자의 입력단자로부터 저레벨, 중간레벨, 고레벨의 입력신호의 하나가 입력되고, 3단자중 1개의 출력단자에 입력신호에 따른 출력을 송출하는 차동트랜지스터회로에 있어서, 상기 제1의 트랜지스터를 상기 고레벨의 입력신호가 온으로 하기위해, 이 제1의 트랜지스터의 베이스전위를 증가하는 제1의 스위칭수단과, 상기 저레벨의 입력신호를 받았을 때 오프가 되고, 상기 중간레벨 또는 고레벨의 입력신호를 받았을 때 온이되고, 상기 제2의 트랜지스터 또는 제3의 트랜지스터의 어느 한쪽의 베이스전위를 상보적(相補的)으로 증가시키는 제2의 스위칭수단을 구비하고, 또 상기 제1의 스위칭수단으로 증가한 상기 제1의 트랜지스터의 베이스전위를 상기 제2의 스위칭수단으로 증가한 상기 제2 또는 제3의 트랜지스터의 베이스전위보다 크게하고, 제1의 트랜지스터의 베이스전위가 증가했을 때, 이 제1의 트랜지스터가 온이 되도록 상기 차동트랜지스터회로를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
