제1도는 본 발명에 따른 마이크로 콤퓨터에 의한 프레스들을 제어하는 제어방법의 블록도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 복수의 마이크로 콤퓨터에 의한 프레스들을 제어하는 다른 제어방법의 블록도.

Claims (6)

  1. 마이크로 콤퓨터에 의해서 프레스를 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 회전앵글 검지기의 출력을 상기 마이크로 콤퓨터의 프로그램된 회전앵글 출력과 비교하며, 두 출력이 서로 일치할 때 마이크로 콤퓨터로 신호를 입력시키며, 마이크로 콤퓨터에 있는 상기 신호에 의해서 기억된 프로그램을 실행하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전앵글 검지기는 크랭크축의 회전앵글을 검지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 제어방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전앵글 검지기는 프레스의 활동부재의 위치를 검지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 제어방법.
  4. 복수의 마이크로 콤퓨터에 의해서 프레스를 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 복수의 마이크로 콤퓨터를 동시에 동작시키며, 상기 복수의 마이크로 콤퓨터에 의해서 출력된 동시에 발생된 데이타의 위상을 구별하며, 펄스신호를 발생하기 위하여 상기 두데이타의 위상을 비교하며, 상기 펄스신호를 이용하여 프레스를 제어하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 제어방법.
  5. 프레스 제어장치에 있어서, 입력펄스 신호에 의해서 부하수단의 구동신호를 발생하는 구동장치와 제어신호가 스위칭 장치에 걸릴때 부하수단에 상기 구동신호를 입력시키는 스위칭 장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
  6. 복수의 마이크로 콤퓨터에 의해서 프레스를 제어하는 방법에 있어서 부하수단을 구동하기 전에 최소한 하나의 펄스신호를 입력시키며, 부하수단의 구동신호를 발생하며, 단지 상기 구동신호가 부하수단에 공급될 때에만 구동수단에 구동신호를 전송하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 제어방법.
