Claims (9)

  1. 아드레날린 및 그의 염을 한개이상의 비스무스 수용성염의 존재하에서, pH 4-8에서, 수용성 매개물질속에서, 과과황산염으로 산화시키는 것을 포함하는 아드레노크롬제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비스무스의 수용성염은 질산비스무스, 질산산소비스무스, 탄산산소비스무스 및 구연산비스무스로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 아드레노크롬 제조방법.
  3. 제1항과 2항에 있어서, 상기 비스무스의 수용성염이 아드레날린몰당 0.001-0.01몰의 범위의 양으로 사용되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아드레노크롬 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 비스무스염이 아드레날린몰당 0.005-0.01몰 범위의 양으로 사용되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아드레노크롬제조방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 중간물질은 아드레날린 몰당 4-7의 양인 완충제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아드레노크롬제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 완충제가 아드레날린몰당 5-6몰의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 상기 과황산염이 아드레날린몰당 2.0-2.5몰의 범위로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아드레노크롬 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 생성 아드레노크롬이 히드라진 화합물과 반응에 의하여 안정화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아드레노크롬 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 히드라진 화합물은 세미카르바자이드 및 아미노구아니딘으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아드레노크롬제조방법.
