Claims (7)

  1. 세프타지딤 비스하이드로브로마이드의 용액을 수혼화성 유기용매로 희석하여 결정화를 일으킴을 특징으로 하여, 결정성 세프타지딤 비스하이드로브로마이드 모노하이드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다음과 같은 X-레이 회절패턴을 갖는 결정성 세프타지딤 비스하이드로브로마이드 모노하이드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결정성 세프타지딤 비스하이드로브로마이드 모노하이드레이트의 α-형태를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 세프타지딤 비스하이드로브로마이드가 (6R, 7R)-7-[(Z)-2-(2-트리틸아미노-1, 3-티아졸-4-일)-2-t-부틸옥시카보닐프로프-2-옥시이미노]-아세트 아미도-3-(1-피리디늄메틸)-3-세펨-4-카복실레이트를 포름산 및 브롬화수소산으로 처리하여 제조되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 수혼화성 유기용매를 메틸에틸케톤, 시클로헥산온, 아세톤 및 이소프로판올 중에서 선택하는 방법.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 수혼화성 용매가 메틸에틸케톤 또는 시클로헥산온인 방법.
  7. 세프타지딤 비스하이드로브로마이드 모노하이드레이트염을 제조하고, 이 염을 세프타지딤 펜타하이드레이트로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 세프타지딤 펜타하이드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
