Claims (21)
- 수용성 염소산염 음이온과 방향족 니트로 음이온을 2:1내지 약 1:10의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산아연 전환 피복 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 니트로 음이온이 m-니트로벤젠설폰산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 전환 피복 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 비율이 약 1.25:1내지 약 1:2인 것을 특징으로 하는 전환 피복조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 약 0.05-2.5%의 아연이온, 약 0.15-7.5%의 인산염 이온, 약 0.05-5%의 방향족 니트로 음이온과 약 0.05-5%의 염소산염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환 피복 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 니트로 음이온이 m-니트로벤젠설폰산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 전환 피복조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 약 0.10-0.40%의 아연이온, 약 0.3-1.2%의 인산염이온, 약 0.15-0.7%의 m-니트로벤젠설폰산염 이온과 약 0.15-0.7%의 염소산염이온을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환 피복 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 비율이 약 1.25-1내지 약 1:2인 것을 특징으로 하는 전환피복 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 약 0.2-0.9%의 질산염이온을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환피복 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 약 0.02-0.4%의 플루오르화물 이온을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환피복조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 니켈, 코발트, 철 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선정된 금속이온 약 0.01-0.25%를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환 피복 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 용액의 pH가 약 2-3.5이고, 약 5-100포인트 토탈산과 약 0.3-20포인트 자유산을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환 피복 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 약 2.9-3.2의 pH를 갖고, 약 9-30포인트 토탈산과 약 0.6-2.5포인트 자유산을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환피복 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 니트로 음이온이 m-니트로벤젠설폰산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 전환 피복 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 비율이 약 1.25:1내지 약 1:2인 것을 특징으로 하는 전환피복 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 비율이 약 1:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 전환피복 조성물.
- 수용성 염소산염 음이온과 방향족 니트로 음이온을 2:1 내지 약 1:10의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축 수용액.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 니트로 음이온이 m-니트로벤젠설폰산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 농축액
- 금속표면을 청구범위 4항의 조성물과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성된 금속 표면의 처리방법.
- 금속표면을 청구범위 4항의 조성물과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성된 금속표면의 처리방법.
