Claims (8)

  1. 알카리 금속 카르복실릭 산염 존재하에서, 미세하게 분쇄한 실리콘과 탄소원자 1∼6개를 가진 알카놀 혹은 알콜시 알카놀을 가열함을 특징으로 하는 테트라 알킬 혹은 테트라 알콕시아킬 실리케이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실산 염의 총합이 알카놀 혹은 알콕시 알카놀의 전체 무게에 근거를 둔 알카리 금속무게의 최소한 0.1%에 해당하며, 알카놀 및 알콕시알카놀을 액상으로 유지할 수 있는 압력하에서 또 140°∼250℃의 온도에서 가열함이 효과적임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전체 카르복실산염이 알카놀 혹은 알콕시알카놀의 전체 무게에 근거한 알카리 금속무게의 0.4%∼5%와 동등함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 알카놀이 에타놀일 경우, 테트라 에틸 실리케이트를 얻을 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 알카놀이 에타놀 및 메타놀의 혼합물인 경우, 테트라에틸, 테트라메틸 및 기타 테트라알킬 실리케이트가 얻게 됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 실리콘의 총량과 존재하는 알카놀 혹은 알콕시알카놀의 전량과 정확히 화학량적으로 동일함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 염이 소디움 포르메이트 혹은 포타슘 포르메이트 임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 하나 중에서, 실리콘이 페로실리콘의 형태로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
