제2(a)도는 스터드를 사용한 냉각 파이프가 끼워진 본 발명에 따르는 개량된 스테이브 냉각기의 내부 구조도.
제2(b)도는 개량된 스터드를 나타내는 도면.
제3도는 본 발명에 따르는 스테이브 냉각기와 종래의 스테이브 냉각기의 온도 분포를 비교한 그래프.

Claims (10)

  1. 거친 표면을 가지며 위에 피복제를 가지는 탄소강냉각파이프와 안에 냉각 파이프를 삽입한 주강으로 구성되며, 상기 주강이 0.7%이하의 C와 10-25% Cr로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스테이브 냉각기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주강이 0.05-0.7%C, 0.2-2.0% Si, 0.1-2.0% Mn, 0.005-0.080% P, 0.05-0.08% S, 10-25% Cr, 잔부 Fe로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스테이브 냉각기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각파이프가 외면에 배치된 금속 돌출물을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 스테이브 냉각기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각파이프가 외면에 0.3-0.7mm 두께의 피복제를 가지며 5mm 이하의 벽두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 스테이브 냉각기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 피복제가 지르콘, 알루미나와 샤모트로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 스테이브 냉각기.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 금속 돌출물이 냉각파이프의 표면으로 부터 돌출하는 다수의 분리된 핀으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스테이브 냉각기.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 금속돌출물이 냉각파이프의 표면을 둘러싸는 나선형 연속핀으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스테이브 냉각기.
  8. 삽입되는 탄소강 냉각 파이프의 표면을 거칠게 하고, 냉각파이프가 예열하고, 냉각파이프의 표면을 피복시키며, 파이프 주위에 0.7%이하의 C와 10-25% Cr을 함유하는 용강을 주입하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스테이브 냉각기의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 금속 돌출물이 냉각파이프의 표면에 배치되고, 용강이 피복된 냉각파이프와 돌출물주위에 주조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8힝에 있어서, 냉각파이프가 100-300℃까지 예열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
