Claims (13)

  1. 니트로셀룰로오스 일차필름 형성체, 두개 이상의 수직상의 이차필름 형성체(그 중의 하나는 항상 아크릴공중합물) 전체 이차필름 형성체의 10% 내지 70중량%의 아크릴 공중합물 및 분자량 15,000 내지 250,000의 수용성 동물성 젤라틴 및 적당한 가소제 및 이들의 액체 담체를 함유하는 락카 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 젤라틴은 50 내지 80%의 뼈 젤라틴 및 20 내지 50의 가죽젤라틴인 락카 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 젤라틴 함량은 0.25 내지 1.0중량%이며, 아크릴공중합물 함량은 1 내지 3중량%인 락카 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 젤라틴 함량은 0.4 내지 0.8중량%이며, 아크릴공중합물 함량은 1.5 내지 2.5중량%인 락카 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 아크릴 공중합물에 첨가 사용된 수지상의 이차필름 형성체는 톨루엔술폰아마이드 포름알데히드 수지인 락카 조성물.
  6. 젤라틴, 니트로셀룰로오스, 가소제, 락카용매의 혼합물을 압축시켜서 젤라틴을 분산시킨 다음 용매를 증발시켜 니트로셀룰로오스와 가소제에 분산시킨 젤라틴을 만들고 그 다음에 앞의 분산액을 그중의 하나는 항상 아크릴 공중합물인 두개 이상의 이차필름 형성체를 함유하는 락카 성분과 섞음으로서 젤라틴과 아크릴 수지를 포함하는 니트로셀룰로오스 락카를 제조하는 공정.
  7. 1) 분자량 15,000 내지 250,000의 수용성 젤라틴 및 전체자소제인 락카용매 일부분을 함유하는 락카 성분들을 혼합하여 고점도의 액체를 생성하고,
    2) 압축하에서 1단계에서 수득된 고점도액체를 사용하여 젤라틴을 분산시켜 니트로셀룰로오스, 젤라틴, 그리고 가소제로 구성되는 분산액을 얻기 위하여 압착 혼합하여,
    3) 2단계에서 얻은 물질을 미립자화하여,
    4) 3단계에서 얻은 물질을 그중 하나가 항상 아크릴 공중합물인 두개 이상의 이차필름 형성체를 함유하는 락카성분과 함께 혼합하거나 미립자를 형성하여 수용성 젤라틴을 함유하는 니트로 셀룰로오스 락카를 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 2단계의 고점도액은 롤밀로 처리하여 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서 3단계에서 물질을 최소한 락카액에서 미분쇄하여 미립자화하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서 완제품 락카에 첨가한 젤라틴의 양은 0.25 내지 1.0중량%, 아크릴 공중합물의 양은 2 내지 6중량%인 제조방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서 완제품 락카에 첨가한 젤라틴의 양은 0.4 내지 0.8중량%, 아크릴 공중합물의 양은 3 내지 5중량%인 제조방법.
  12. 분자량 15,000 내지 250,000인 동물성 젤라틴 3 내지 17중량%가 가소화된 니트로 셀룰로오스에 분산된 동물성 젤라틴의 콜로이드 분산.
  13. 니트로셀룰로오스, 가소제, 분자량 15,000 내지 250,000의 수용성 젤라틴 및 락카 용매를 함유하는 수지성 물질을 만들고 락카성분을 혼합하여 이 물질을 압축하여 분산 혼합하여 젤라틴을 분산시키고 용매를 증발시키는 것을 특징으로 하여 니트로셀룰로오스에 수용성 젤라틴을 분산시키는 제조방법.
