제2도는 본 발명의 한 실시예를 표시한 회로 블록도.

Claims (1)

  1. 가공 헤드의 주축인 소켓과 공구 매거지인과의 사이에서 구동전동기에 따라 공구 매거지인의 하강하거나, 상승하는 등의 일련의 공구교환 사이클 작동을 할 수 있도록 한 공작기계인 자동공구 교환장치에 있어서 교환작동중에 있는 공구와 공작물과의 간섭에 대한 보호장치로서, 전기한 구동전동기의 부하전류를 검출하는 전류검출회로와, 전기한 전동기의 정상 부하전류 최대 값보다 높은 전류레벨로 설정된 경고전류값 이상의 전류레벨로 설정된 경고전류값 이상의 전류를 전기한 전류검출회로에서 검출하였을 때 출력이 생기는 제1비교회로와, 전기한 전류레벨 보다도 보다 높은 별도의 전류레벨로 설정된 이상 보호전류값 이상의 전류를 전기한 전류검출회로에서 검출하였을때 출력이 생기는 제2비교회로와, 전기한 전동기의 기동후에 부하전류를 정상치에 안정하기까지의 기동시에 미리 설정한 시간에 걸쳐, 전기한 전류검출 회로의 검출출력을 제1, 2비교회로에 입력시키는 것을 지지하는 시한회로와 제1비교회로의 출력으로 작동하여 과부하 경보를 발신하기 위한 경고용 계전장치, 전기한 제 2 비교회로의 출력 및 경고용 계전장치의 작동신호와의 양자에 의하여 작동하여 전기한 구동전동기의 회전방향을 그 시점에서 반대로 전환하기 위한 보호작동용 계전장치를 구비하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동공구 교환장치용의 보호장치.
