Claims (9)
- 탄소 및 또는 탄화수소를 함유하는 출발 물질에서 일산화탄소와 수소가스를 함유하는 가스를 제조함에 있어서, 출발 물질을 산화제와 슬랙 형성제와 함께 분말 또는 액체 형태로 가열지역에 투입시키는 동시에 열에너지를 공급하고, 이 가열 지역은 수갱로의 저부에 형성시키며, 이 수갱로 입자, 고체, 탄소질물질 및 황결합 슬랙 형성제를 채우는 것이 특징인 일산화 탄소와 수소가스를 함유하는 가스의 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 황 결합 슬랙 형성제가 석회 또는 백운석인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 산화제가 산소 및 또는 물을 함유하는 가스 혼합물인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 수갱로 내에서 제조된 가스를 수갱로의 상부에서 물을 공급하고 그 가스의 자체열을 이용하므로써 그 온도와 수소 함량을 조절하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1,2 또는 4항 기재에 있어서 연소 속도와 온도의 조절은 연소지역에 열 에너지의 공급을 조절하므로써 성취할 수 있는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제5항 기재에 있어서, 산화제를 가열시켜서 조절하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제5항 기재에 있어서, 플라즈마 제느레이터 내에서 가열시키는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 방법에 의해서 탄소 및 또는 탄화수소를 함유하는 출발물질로부터 일산화탄소와 수소 가스를 함유하는 가스를 제조하는 장치에 있어서, 입자, 고체, 탄소물질 및 황 결합 슬랙 형성제의 혼합물로써 채워진 수갱로식 반을기와 이 반응기에 탄소 및 또는 탄화수소를 함유하는 출발물질을 공급하는 장치를 설치하고, 이 장치는 생성된 슬랙을 계속적으로 제거하는 배출관을 수갱로의 저부에 형성된 연소지역 내의 끝부분에 설치하며, 상기 반응기의 상부에 설치한 가스 배출관과 필요시에 부가적으로 열에너지를 공급하기 위한 장치들로 구성되는 것이 특징인 일산화탄소와 수소 가스를 함유하는 가스의 제조장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제8항 기재에 있어서 반응기에 물을 공급하는 장치를 설치하고 이 장치는 연소 지역상에 수갱로 내의 끝부분에 설치하는 것이 특징인 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
