제3도는 간격이 동일하지 않은 새로운 압출기 나사의 다른 실시예의 측면도.
Claims (17)
- 저밀도 좁은 분자량분포, 선형 에틸렌 중합체를 압출하는 방법에 있어서, 플라이트와 입구말단과 방출말단을 갖고 그안에서 깊이율로 나눈 피치유이 2/3보다 큰 압출기 나사를 포함하는 압출기 장치로 상기 중합체가 통과되는것.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 플라이트가 상기 입구말단으로부터 상기 방출말단까지 피치가 감소되는것.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기 피치가 상기 입구말단으로부터 상기 방출말단까지 균일하게 감소되는것.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 나사가 각각 일정 깊이를 갖는 3개부터 4개의 동일부분을 포함하며, 상기 피치가 각 부분에서 일정하게 유지되며 상기 피치가 부분에서 부분으로 갑자기 감소하는것.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 나사가 각부분에서는 동일피치, 부분에서 부분으로는 피치가 감소하는 3개부터 8개까지의 동일하지 않은 부분을 포함하며, 또 상기 나사는 각 부분에서는 동일 깊이, 부분에서 부분으로는 깊이가 감소하는것.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 압출기 나사를 벗어나는 상기 중합체가 상기 압출기 나사와 연합된 혼합지역을 통과하도록 주입되는것.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 용융지수가 약 1.0이상에서 약 20이하인 탄소수 3 내지 탄소수 8까지의 알파 올레핀의 최소한 하나와 에틸렌으로 된 혼합성 중합체인것.
- 7항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 탄소수 8 내지 탄소수 8까지 알파올레핀의 최소한 하나의 10이하 몰퍼센트와 90이상 몰러센트의 에틸렌으로 된 혼성중합체인것.
- 8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 약 2.7이상 6.0이하의 분자량분포와 약 0.1이상 0.3이하의 /1000탄소원자의 총불포화함량을 갖는것.
- 중합체를 압출하는 새로운 압출기 나사에 있어서, 입구말단과 방출말단을 갖는 적어도 하나의 플라이트로 된 나사루트를 포함하며 상기 나사는 피치가 각 부분에서는 동일하나 한 부분부터 후속부분으로는 갑자기 변화하며 깊이율로 나눈 피치율이 2/3보다 크게되는 적어도 세개의 부분으로 나뉘는것.
- 10항에 있어서, 상기 나사가 3개부터 8개의 부분으로 나뉘는 것.
- 11항에 있어서, 상기 피치가 한 부분부터 후속부분으로 갑자기 변화하는것.
- 11항에 있어서, 상기 나사가 3개의 동일부분으로 나뉘는데 상기 피치가 각 구간에서는 일정하나 각부분에서 부분으로는 감소하는 것.
- 14항에 있어서 상기 나사의 깊이가 각 구간에서 일정한것.
- 11항에 있어서 상기 나사는 각 부분이 일정한 피치를 갖는 약 5개의 동일하지 않는 부분으로 나뉘며 상기 피치가 각 부분에서 부분으로는 감소하는 것.
- 16항에 있어서, 상기 나사의 깊이가 각 부분에서 일정한 것.
