Claims (17)
- 60내지 80중량%의 고압, 저밀도 에틸렌폴리마 및 20내지 40중량%의 저압, 저밀도 탄화수소 인터폴리마의 조성물을 함유하는 신축 포장필름 형성에 적합한 압출 가능한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서 약 3500달톤(Dal tan)이하의 평균 분자량을 갖는 약 0.8내지 5중량 %의 액상플리부텐을 더 함유하는 압출 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서 약 0.002내지 약 0.5중량 %의 한개 이상의 산화 억제제를 더 함유하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서 고압, 저밀도 에틸렌폴리마는 약 68내지 75중량%이고 저압, 저밀도 탄화수소 인터폴리마는 약 25내지 32중량 %로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서 액상 플리부텐은 약 1내지 약 3중량 %의 양이 존재하는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서 상기 플리부텐의 평균분자량은 약 600내지 약 2700달톤인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서 고압, 저밀도 에틸렌 플리마는 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 코플리마인 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서 플리마의 비닐아세테이트 함량은 약 2내지 약 12중량%인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서 저압, 저밀도 탄화수소 인터폴리마는 약 3내지 8의 탄소원자를 함유하는 1개이상의 올레핀으로 된 에틸렌 코플리마인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서 저압, 저밀도 탄화수소인터프리마는 에틸렌 및 2개이상의 모노마(예를들면 프로필렌,부텐-1 이소부틸렌, 펜텐-1, 헥센-1,4-메틸펜텐-1및 옥텐)의 인터플리마인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 저압, 저밀도 탄화수소 인터폴리마는 에틸렌-부텐-1 코플리마인 조성물.
- 약 60내지 80중량%의 고압, 저밀도 에틸렌플리마 및 약20내지 40중량 %의 저압, 저밀도 탄화수소 인터플리마로 구성된 압출 가능한 조성물을 약 135°내지 288°C의 온도에서 슬로트캐수트압출(SlotCast extruding)방법으로 8내지 51㎛의 두께를 갖는 신측 포장필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항의 조성물에 있어서 약 3500달톤 이하의 평균 분자량을 갖는 약상플리부텐의 0.8내지 5중량 %를 더 함유하는 압출가능한 조성물.
- 약 60내지 80중량 %의 고압, 저밀도 에틸렌플리마 및 약 20내지 40중량 %의 저압, 저밀도 탄화수소 인터플리마로 구성된 압출가능한 조성물을 약 135°내지 약 245°C의 온도에서 블로운 필름압출(blown film extruding)방법으로 8내지 51㎛의 두께를 갖는 신축 포장 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서 약 3500달톤 이하의 평균 분자량을 갖는 액상플리부텐의 약 0.8내지 약 5중량%를 더 함유하는 압출 가능한 조성물.
- 제13 또는 15항의 조성물 제법에 따라 제조된 약 7.9㎏/㎜이상의 가로방향 엘멘들프내 인열성 약 3.2㎏/㎜이상의 세로방향 엘멘돌프내 인열성, 59J/㎜이상의 인스트른 내타공성을 가지며, 약 -15°내지 60°C에서 자체-봉합(self-sealing)할 수 있으며, 약 8내지 약 51㎛의 두께에서 필수적으로 핀흘이 제거되는 신축포장 필름.
- 제13항 또는 15항의 방법에 따라 제조된 약 8.9㎏/㎜이상의 가로방향 엘멘돌프내 인열성 및 약 4.7㎏/㎜이상의 세로방향 멘엘돌프내 인열성을 갖는 신축포장 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
