도면 1 : 리드(lead)의 변화가 전이부분(transition section)의 초기에 일어나는 본 발명에 따른 압출나사(extruderscrew)의 정면도를 도시한 것이다.
도면 2 : 공급부분(feed section)과 계량부분(metering section) 사이의 리드 변화가 계량부분의 초기에 급격한 변화에의해 이루어지는, 본 발명의 두번째 구현을 도면1과 비슷하게 도시한것이다.
도면 3 : 유입부와 압출부 사이의 리드 변화가 변환부내에서의 급격한 변화로 이루어진, 본 발명의 세번째 태양을 보여주는 제1도와 거의 유사한 정면도.
Claims (2)
- 중합체를 도입시키는 공급부분(feed Section)을 가진 압출나사를 포함한 압출장치속에 과립 중합체를 통과시킨 다음 전이부분(transition)및 계량부분(metering)에 통과시킴을 특징으로하여 과립 저점도 협(狹) 분자량 분포 선형 에틸렌 중합체를 압출시키는 방법(단, 공급 부분내의 각 리그(lead)는 실질적으로 같고, 계량부분내의 각 리드는 실질적으로 같고 공급부분내의 각 리드는 계량부분내의 각 리드보다 5 내지 50%가 더 크다).
- 과립중합체가 에틸렌과 융해지수가 약0.1내지 약20인 탄소수 3내지 8의 하나이상 α올레핀의 혼성중합체인 상기 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
