인쇄된 장식문 또는 설명문을 매설한 사출 성형 플라스틱 물품의 제조방법

제1도는 2개의 박편을 매설한 플라스틱 물품을 제조하도록 배치된 주형의 횡단면도.
제2도는 2개의 박편을 매설한 물품 절반부를 제조하기 위한 주형의 횡단면도.
제3도는 제2도의 주형에 의해 제조된 물품의 상반부를 성형시키기 위한 주형의 횡단면도.
제4도는 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 물품의 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 예를 들면 다색 실크 스크린 인쇄물과 같이 1개 내지 3개의 인쇄된 장식문 및(또는)설명문을 매설한 실질적으로 얇은 판 모양으로 된 사출 성형 플라스틱 물품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 주형 공동내에서 수직방향으로 연장하는 핀(2)주위에 박편(4,5)을 격설시키고 성형 재료를 핀(2)주위의 주형 공동내로 및 박편(4,5)사이로 압력하에서 연속하여 주입시키는 것이 특징인 방법.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 의한 방법을 실시할 때에 사용되기 위한 장치에 있어서, 주형 공동을 통하여 연장하는 핀(2)의 상부는 비교적 작은 직경으로 되고 그 하부는 핀의 상부에 견부(7)를 형성하도록 비교적 큰 직경으로 된 것이 특징인 장치.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 의한 방법에 의해 제조된 핀라스틱 성형품에 있어서, 적합하기로는 아크릴과 같은 핀라스틱 재료로 된 것이 특징인 플라스틱 성형품.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 있어서, 박편이 이들과 함께 성형되는 완제품 물품의 저부면 및 상부면과 엄밀하게 같은 크기로 된 것이 특징인 플라스틱 성형품.
