Claims (13)
- 주로 하기 성분으로 구성된 수용성 공중합체(A) 비닐 포스폰산으로 부터 유도된 단위체의 분자구조를 갖는 단위체, 그리고(B) 비닐 포스포닐 플루오로이드로부터 유도된 단위체 [단위체(A)대 단위체(B)의 비율은 약 2:1내지 약 25:1]
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균분자량이 약 2,000-50,000인 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단위체(A)대 단위체(B)의 비가 약 4:1인 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단위체(A)대 단위체(B)의 비가 약 9:1인 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단위체(A)대 단위체(B)의 비가 약 19:1인 공중합체.
- 유리 라디칼 촉매 존재하 및 무수 조건하에서 단위체(A)의 선구물질로서 비닐 포스포닐 클로라이드와 비닐 포스포닐 플루오라이드와 혼합물을 중합한 다음, 생성된 공중합체를 물과 혼합하여 공중합체중 비닐 포스포닐 클로라이드 단위체를 비닐 포스폰 산(A)단위체로 가수분해적으로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1-5중 어느 하나에 따라 규정한 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 청구범위 1-5중 어느 하나에 규정한 공중합체의 항치육염 작용으로서 유효한 양과 경구 매체로 구성된 치육염을 억제하기 위한 경구 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 약 0.01-10중량%의 상기 공중합체를 함유하는 경구 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 약 0.5-5중량%의 상기 공중합체를 함유하는 경구 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, pH가 약 4.5-9이고, 수용성-알콜 매체를 갖는 함수제인 경구 조성물.
- pH가 약 4.5-9이고, 액체매개물, 겔화제와 치의학적으로 허용할 수 있는 광택제로 구성된 치약인 경구조성물.
- 청구범위 7에서 규정한 바와 같은 경구 조성물의 항치육염적유효량으로 구강에 이용하여 구강 위생을 증진시는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 가수분해적으로 전환된 공중합체의 항치육염적 유효량을 경구조성물의 경구적으로 허용될 수 있는 매체에 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
