Claims (11)
- 헤모글로빈이 함유된 용액중에서 적어도 일부분을 복원시키는 시간동안에 젤라틴이 안정한 탈수 돼지고기 외피생성물을 복원시킨 후 수득된 헤모글로빈이 함유된 복원생성물(여기에는 수분이 15중량%이하와 헤모글로빈이 50중량%이상 함유되어 있음)을 탈수시켜 헤모글로빈이 함유-탈수된 돼지고기 외피생성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복원이 혈액중에서 수행되거나 혈액 : 물이 용량으로 2:1 내지 1:5로 회생시킨 혈액의 용액중에서 수행되는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 2항에 있어서, 복원이 탐수된 외피 : 혈액 : 수분을 기준으로 하여 중량으로 1:1:1의 비율에서 수행되는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느하나에 있어서, 탈수가 70°또는 그이상의 온도에서 수행되는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 탈수가 진공하에서 수행되는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 탈수가 공기, 오일 또는 공기 및 오일-건조방법을 사용하여 수행하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 유화제 및 돼지기름을 탈수시키기 전에 복원생성물에 혼입시키는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 생성물의 미분쇄가 탈수후에 수행되는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 탈수생성물을 5mm이하의 입자로 미분쇄하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 바와 같이 수행하는 제조방법.
- 탈수된 헤모글로빈함유 돼지고기 외피생성물을 상술한 실시예로 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
