Claims (11)
- (1) 소정로(所定路)를 따라 강스트립을 이동시키기 위한 복수개의 안내로울,(2) 상기 강스트립 주행로의 일부가 그안에 걸쳐있고, 그안에 위치한 상기 강스트립의 최소한 한 표면에 산세척액을 분무시키기 위한 수단이 구비되어 있는 산세척기,(3) 상기 스트립 주행로의 일부가 그안에 걸쳐있고, 산세척기의 하류에 위치해 있고, 상기 강스트립의 최소한 한 산세척된 표면에 세수를 분무시키기 위한 수단이 구비되어 있는 일차수세기,(4) 상기 강스트립 주행로의 일부가 그안에 걸쳐있고, 상기 일차 수세기의 하방에 위치해 있고, 상기 전해 처리액의 액면하방에 위치해 있고 상기 강스트립의 일차 수세된 표면에 대향하고 있는 최소한 한 양극과 상기 전해처리액의 온도를 조절하기 위한 수단과가 구비되어 있는 전해처리액을 수용하기 위한 전해처리기,(5) 상기 강스트립주행로의 입부가 그안에 걸쳐있고 상기 전해 처리기의 하류에 위치해 있고 상기 강소트립의 초소한 한 전해 처리된 면에 세수를 분무시키기 위한 수단이 구비되어 있는 이차수세기 및(6) 상기 양극과, 상기 전해 처리기에든 상기 전재처리액 측근에 위치하는 최소한 하나의 안내로울로되어 있는 음극과의 사이에 전압을 인가해 주기 위한 수단으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강스트립의 표면처리장치.
- 상기 강스트립에 대한 연속소둔장치의 출구에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재한 장치.
- 상기 연속소둔장치는 승온구역, 보온구역 및 냉각구역의 순서로 배치구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 기재한 장치.
- 상기 연속소둔장치는 상기 냉각구역의 하방에 위치한 과시효구역을 더우기 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 기재한 장치.
- 상기 강스트립의최소한 한 산세척면에 상기 산세척액을 분무시켜 주기 위한 보조수단이 상기 산세척기의 추구에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재한 장치.
- 상기 강스트립표면에 묻은 과잉량의 상기 상세척액을 제거시키기 위한 수단이 상기 보조산세척액 분무수단의 직하류에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제5항기 기재한 장치.
- 상기 강스트립의 최소한 하나의 상기 산세척표면으로 물을 분무시키기 위한 추가수단이 상기 산세척기와 상기 일차수세기사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재한 장치.
- 상기 강스트립의 최소한 하나의장기수세표면으로 물을 분무시키기 위한 보조수단이 상기 일차수세기의 출구에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 기재한 장치.
- 상기 강스트립의 상기 수세면에 묻은 상기 세수를 제거시키기 위한 수단이 상기 보조 일차세수제거 수단의 직하류에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제8항에 기재한 장치.
