제1도는 본 발명에 의한 칩(chip)제거수단을 가진 로봇손의 부분적인 사시도.
제2도는 칩제거수단이 청정제로서 압축공기를 사용하는 경우에 있어서의 칩제거수단의 공기압 축회로도.
제3도는 본발명에 의한 로봇손의 칩제거수단의 조작을 제어하기 위한 제어회로의 예시도.
제4도는 본 발명의 로봇손의 동작을 도시한 개략도.
Claims (5)
- 공작기계의 가공물 지지수단부터 가공물을 분리하고 그것에 가공물을 부착하는 조종조작을 수행하기 위하여 공작기계와 관련하여 사용되는 공업용로봇의 로봇손에 있어서 두 세트의 손잡이 수단이나란히 배치되어 각 손잡이 수단은 그것에 가공물을 붙잡기 위한 손가락장치를 가지고 로봇손의 조종조작이 수행되는 동안 공작기계의 가공물 지지수단에 부착된 칩과 다른 이물질을 제거하기 위한 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에서 칩제거수단은 압축유제를 사출하기 위한 노즐수단과 압축유체부터 상기 노즐수단에 압축유체를 공급하기 위한 공급도관수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에서 두 세트의 손잡이 수단은 공통축주위를 동시에 회전할 수 있게 배치되어 두 세트의 손잡이 수단의 각각은 공작기계의 가공물 지지수단에 교대로 다가가고 적어도 제1의 쌍의 노즐을 가진 노즐수단이 주어진 위치에서 손잡이의 두 세트의 하나를 위하여 제공되고 손잡이의 두 세트의 하나가 가공물 지지 수단에 압축유에의 사출을 가능케하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에서 상기 노즐수단을 손잡이의 수단의 두세트의 하나가 가공물 지지수단에 대항하는 위치부터 90°회전되었을때 가공물 지지수단에 압축유체를 사출합 수 있는 제2의 쌍의 노즐을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에서 공급 도관수단은 압축유체원부터 노즐수단으로 적어도 압축유체의 공급을 제어하기 위한 전자기 유량제어 밸브를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
