  1. 본문에 상술한 바와같이, 대부분의 우라닐 플루오라이드를 제1대역내로 순환시킴으로서 최초의 우라닐 플루오라이드 입자를 수지상으로 생장시키고 응집시킴을 특징으로하는, 우라늄 헥사 플루오라이드 및 건조증기를 용기의 제1대역에 주입하여 우상(羽狀)의 우라닐 플루오라이드 입자를 형성하고, 용기의 제2대역에서 우라닐 플루오라이드를 역류증기 및/또는 수소와 반응시켜 우라늄 헥사 플루오라이드를 우라늄 산화물로 전환시키는 방법.
