Abstract

The alloys of the parent Specification are modified in one or more of the following ways: (1) niobium is omitted, (2) the titanium content of the alloys of the parent Specification is increased in the range over 5% to 7%, (3) zirconium up to 0.5% is specified as a deoxidizer, and (4) manganese and silicon are added to the alloys of the parent in the range 0-0.5%.
