제1도는 60℃의 액상 및 기상의 98% 농질산 중에서 C.Mn 및 Si의 일정한 함량과 Ni과 Cr 의 변화되는 함량을 갖는 증감화강재에 대한 평균부식율을 도시한 것이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 기본 조성을 갖는 본 발명의 기본강에 첨가 원소의 첨가량을 부식율과의 관계를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 탄소 C0.03중량%, 규소 5중량%<Si7중량% 망간 Mn10중량%, 크롬 7중량%Cr16중량%, 니켈 10중량%Ni<19중량% 및 잔부가 철과 불순물로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 가공성과 용접성이 양호하며 농질산에 내산성이있는 고(高) 규소-니켈-크롬강.
- 상기 니켈함량이 16중량%Ni18중량%임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 강.
- 상기 크롬 함량이 8중량%Cr14.5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 강.
- 상기 탄소함량이 C0.02중량%임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 제1항 기재의 강.
- 상기 규소함량이 5.5중량%Si6.5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 강.
- 상기 니켈 함량이 16중량%Ni18중량%이고, 상기 크롬 함량이 8중량%Cr14.5중량%이며, 상기 규소함량이 5.5중량%Si6.5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위의 제1항 기재의 강.
- 상기 강중에 티탄(Ti), 탄탈(Ta), 지르코늄(Zr) 및 니오븀 (Nb) 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 C(중량)%×4Ti,Ta,Zr 및 Nb 중의 1종 이상의 원소2중량%의 함량으로 추가로 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 강.
- 상기 추가원소가 지르코늄과 티탄의 조합임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제7항 기재의 강.
- 상기 특허청구 범위 제1항 기재의 강을 장치에 사용함을 특징으로 하여 고온의 기상 또는 액상의 농질산과 접촉되는 장치의 부식을 방지하는 방법.
