Claims (22)

  1. 화합물이 10-70중량%의 실리카 콜로이드와 부분 축합물이 30-90중량%로 구성되어 있는 10-50중량%의 고체를 함유하고, R은 시란올(CH3Si(OH)3)인 시란올의 부분축합물의 지방족 알콜-물 용액에 실리카 콜로이드가 분산된 코팅 화합물.
  2. 지방족 알콜이 메탄올과 이소부탄올 혼합물인 청구범위 1에 의한 코팅 화합물.
  3. 상기한 부분축합물이 CH3Si(OH)3인 청구범위 1에 의한 코팅 화합물.
  4. 완충된 잠복성 시란을 축합촉매 약 0.05-0.5중량% 함유하는 청구범위1에 의한 코팅 화합물.
  5. 상기한 촉매가 소듐 아세테이트인 청구범위 4에 의한 코팅 화합물.
  6. 상기 촉매가 테트라메틸 암모늄 아세테이트인 청구범위 4에 의한 코팅 화합물.
  7. pH가 약 7.2-7.8인 청구범위 1에 의한 코팅 화합물.
  8. 화합물이 실리카 콜로이드 25-24중량%, 부분 축합물 55-75중량% 구성하고 있는 약 18-25중량%의 고체를 합유하는 청구범위 1에 의한 코팅 화합물.
  9. 부분 축합물이 CH3Si(OH)3인 청구범위 8에 의한 코팅화합물.
  10. 화합물이 약 20% 고체를 함유하고 부분축합물은 CH3Si(OH)3이고 지방족 알콜은 메타올과 이소부탄올인 청구범위 1에 의한 코팅 화합물.
  11. 반응 혼합물을 한개의 액상으로 감소시키기 위해서 충분한 시간동안 혼합온도를 약 20℃-30℃로 유지하고 화합물의 pH를 약 7.1-7.8로 유지하고 지방족 알콜을 첨가해서 반응 혼합물의 고체함량을 조절해서, 수용성 실리카 클로이드 분산액을 알킬트리 알콕시 시란에 알킬트리아제톡시 시란을 혼합한 용액과 혼합해서 얻어지는 수용성 코팅 화합물.
  12. 상기한 알킬트리 알콕시 시란은 메티트리메톡시 시란이며 상기한 알킬(트리 아세톡시) 시란은 메틸(트리아세톡시) 시란이고 상기한 지방족 알콜은 이소부타올인 청구범위 11에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
  13. 상기한 수요성 실리카 콜로이드 분산액은 pH가 염기성이며 평균입자크기는 약 12미크론, 알카리함량은 약 0.10%인 청구범위 12에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
  14. 청구범위 1의 수용성 코팅화합물로 코팅한 적어도 한 면을 갖고 있는 고체 기체(基體).
  15. 고체 기체가 유기합성 중합체로 구성되어 있는 청구범위 14에 의한 제품.
  16. 상기한 고체 기체가 금속인 청구범위 14에 의한 제품.
  17. 상기한 고체 기체가 금속을 입힌 표면을 갖는 유기합성 중합체인 청구범위 14에 의한 제품.
  18. 상기한 중합체가 투명한 청구범위 15에 의한 제품.
  19. 상기한 중합체가 폴리카보 네이트인 청구범위 18에 의한 제품.
  20. 상기하 폴리카보네이트가 투명한 청구범위 19에 의한 제품.
  21. 상기한 폴리카보네이트가 폴리(비스페놀-A까보네이트)인 청구범위 19에 의한 제품.
  22. 수용성 코팅화합물이 상기한 고체 기체의 표면에 큐어한 청구범위 14에 의한 제품.
