Claims (24)
- 화합물이 10-70중량%의 실리카 콜로이드와 부분 축합물의 30-90중량%로 구성되어 있는 10-50중량%의 고체를 함유하고 R은 시란올(CH3Si(OH)3)인 적어도 70중량%인 아릴과 탄소원자 1-3개인 알킬로 구성되어 있는 원자단으로부터 선택되며, 구조식 RSi(OH)3인 시란올의 부분축합물의 지방족알콜-물용액에 실리카 콜로이드가 분산된 수용성 코팅화합물서, 소량의 폴리옥산폴리에테르 공중합체와 상기한 화합물을 완전 혼합하는 개량 방법.
- 상기한 리실폴옥산 폴리에테르 공중합체가 다음 구조식을 가지며 청구범위 1에 의한 수용성 코팅;여기서 R 과 R'은 1가 탄화수소라디칼이고 R"는 저급알킬라디칼이며 a는 적어도 2, b는 2-3, n는 2-4 x는 적어도 5의 값을 갖임.
- R은 메틸, R'도 메틸, R"는 부틸이며 a는 4, b는 3, n는 2. 4, X는 28.5인 청구범위 2에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
- 지방족 알콜이 메탄올과 이소부탄올의 혼합물인 청구범위 2에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
- 상기한 부분축합물이 CH3Si(OH)3인 청구범위 2에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
- 완충된 잠복성 시란을 축합 촉매를 약 0.05-0.5중량% 함유한 청구범위 2에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
- 상기한 촉매가 소듐 아세테이트인 청구범위 6에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
- 상기한 촉매가 테트라메틸 아모늄 아세테이트인 청구범위 6에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
- pH가 약 7.2-7.8인 청구범위 2에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
- 화합물이 약 18-25중량% 고체(25-45중량%의 실리카콜로이드와 55-75중량%의 부분축합물로 구성되어 있음)를 함유하는 청구범위 2에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
- 상기한 폴리옥실산 폴리에테르 공중합체가 화합물중의 전고체의 함량이 약 2.5-1.5중량%인 청구범위 1에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
- 부분 축합물이 CH3Si(OH)3인 청구범위 10에 의한 수용성 코팅화합물.
- 화합물의 고체성분이 약 20%이고, 부분축합물은 CH3Si(OH)3이며 지방족 알콜은 메탄올과 이소부탄올의 혼합물이며 폴리실옥산 폴리에테르는 약 4%의 고체성분을 함유하는 청구범위 3에 의한 수용성 화합물.
- 청구범위 1에서의 수용성 코팅화합물로 적어도 한 면을 코팅시킨 고체 기체(基體)
- 청구범위 2에서 수용성 코팅화합물로 적어도 한 면을 코팅시킨 고체기체.
- 고체기체가 유기합성 공중합체로 구성되어 있는 청구범위 15에 의한 제품.
- 상기한 고체 기체가 금속인 청구범위 15에 의한 제품.
- 상기한 고체 기체가 표면에 금속을 입힌 유기하성 공중합체인 청구범위 15에 의한 제품.
- 중합체의 기체가 투명한 청구범위 16에 의한 제품.
- 상기 중합체가 폴리카보네이트인 청구범위 16에 의한 제품.
- 상기 카보네이트가 투명한 청구범위 20에 의한 제품.
- 상기 폴리카보네이트가 투명한 폴리(비스페놀-A-카보네이트)인 청구범위 20에 의한 제품.
- 수용성 코팅화합물은 상기 고체 기체의 표면에 큐어시킨 청구범위 14에 의한 제품.
