Description

악취들 퇴치용 조성물들
본 발명은 악취 감소 분야에 관한 것이고 특정한 여성의 체취들을 퇴치하기 위한 새로운 조성물, 이러한 악취들의 퇴치 방법 및 측정 방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명의 목적

초 흡수제들
또한 슬러시 파우더 (slush powder)(성분 b) 라고 칭하는 초 흡수성 중합체들 (superabsorbent polymers; SAP) 은 자체 질량에 비해 매우 많은 양의 액체를 흡수하고 보유할 수 있다. 혼합 시 하이드로겔들로 분류되는 물-흡수성 중합체들은 물 분자들과의 수소 결합을 통해 수용액들을 흡수한다. 물을 흡수하는 SAP의 능력은 수용액의 이온 농도에 종속된다. 탈이온수 및 증류수에서, SAP는 중량의 300 배 (자체 체적의 30 내지 60 배) 를 흡수할 수도 있고 최대 99.9 %의 액체가 될 수 있지만, 0.9 % 염수 용액에 넣을 때 흡수도는 중량의 대략 50 배로 떨어진다. 용액 중의 원자가 양이온들의 존재는 물 분자와 결합하는 중합체의 능력을 방해한다.
총 흡수도 및 팽윤 용량은 겔을 제조하는 데 사용된 가교 결합제들의 타입 및 정도에 의해 제어된다. 저밀도 가교-결합된 SAP들은 일반적으로 더 높은 흡수 용량을 갖고 더 큰 정도로 팽윤된다. 이들 타입들의 SAP들은 또한 더 부드럽고 더 끈적한 겔 형성을 갖는다. 고 가교 결합 밀도 중합체들은 더 낮은 흡수 용량 및 팽윤을 나타내지만, 겔 강도는 더 단단하고 적당한 압력 하에서도 입자 형상을 유지할 수 있다.

오늘날 초 흡수성 중합체들은 3 개의 주요 방법들: 겔 중합, 현탁 중합 또는 용액 중합 중 하나를 사용하여 제조된다. 프로세스들 각각은 이들 각각의 장점들을 갖지만 모두 일관된 품질의 제품을 산출한다.
겔 중합. 아크릴산, 물, 가교 결합제들 및 UV 개시제 화학 물질들의 혼합물은 블렌딩되고 이동 벨트 상에 또는 대형 터브들에 놓인다. 이어서 액체 혼합물은 일련의 강한 UV 광들을 갖는 긴 챔버인 "반응기"로 들어간다. 용액 중합. 용액 중합체들은 용액 형태로 공급되는 과립형 중합체의 흡수성을 제공한다. 용액들은 도포 전에 물로 희석될 수 있고, 대부분의 기판들을 코팅하거나 이들을 포화시키는 데 사용될 수 있다. 특정한 시간 동안 특정한 온도에서 건조 후, 결과는 초 흡수성을 갖는 코팅된 기판이다. 예를 들어, 이 화학 물질은 와이어들 및 케이블들 상에 직접 도포될 수 있지만, 롤형 제품들 또는 시트형 기판들과 같은 부품들 상에 사용하는 데 특히 최적화된다. 용액 기반 중합은 오늘날 공중합체, 특히 독성 아크릴아미드 단량체를 갖는 공중합체들의 SAP 제작에 일반적으로 사용된다. 이 프로세스는 효율적이고 일반적으로 더 낮은 자본 비용 기반을 갖는다. 용액 프로세스는 대량의 반응물질 중합된 겔을 생성하는 데 수계 (water-based) 단량체 용액을 사용한다. 중합 자체의 발열 반응 에너지는 많은 프로세스를 구동하도록 사용되어, 제작 비용을 감소시킨다. 이어서 반응물질 중합체 겔은 다져지고, 건조되고 최종 입자 사이즈로 분쇄된다. 본 발명은 또한 악취들, 특히 여성의 체취들을 퇴치, 차폐 및/또는 중화하기 위한 조성물들의 용도에 관한 것이다.

악취 중화의 평가

    · 멘틸 글리세롤 카르보네이트
    · 멘틸 하이드록시 이소부티레이트
    · 멘틸 이소부티레이트
    · 멘틸 락테이트
    · 멘틸 말로네이트
    · 멘틸 메틸 에테르
    · 멘틸 N-에틸 옥사메이트

  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,

    상기 적어도 하나의 물-흡수성 중합체는 폴리아크릴레이트들, 폴리아크릴아미드들, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈들, 아밀로펙틴, 젤라틴, 셀룰로스 및 이들의 혼합물들로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 악취들 퇴치용 조성물.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,

  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    화합물 (a) 및 화합물 (b) 를 약 10:90 내지 약 5:95의 중량비로 포함하는, 악취들 퇴치용 조성물.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    화합물 (a) 및 화합물 (b) 를 약 0.1:99.9 내지 약 1:99의 중량비로 포함하는, 악취들 퇴치용 조성물.
  10. 제 1 항에 기재된 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
    (a) 적어도 하나의 멘톨 유도체의 수용액을 제공하는 단계;
    (b) 적어도 하나의 물-흡수성 중합체 및/또는 하이드로 겔을 제공하는 단계; 및
    (c) 상기 적어도 하나의 물-흡수성 중합체 및/또는 하이드로 겔을 상기 적어도 하나의 멘톨 유도체의 상기 수용액과 접촉하게 하는 단계를 포함하거나 이들로 구성되는, 방법.
  11. 제 1 항에 기재된 조성물을 포함하는, 위생 제품.
  12. 제 12 항에 있어서,
