상기 복합추출물은,
S1) 다시마, 어성초, 퉁퉁마디, 산수유, 감초 및 길경을 세철 후 혼합하고, 정제수를 투입하여 10 내지 20분간 방치한 후, 물기를 제거하는 단계;
S2) 상기 물기가 제거된 혼합물을 -40 내지 -50℃로 동결시킨 후, 상온에서 3 내지 4시간 동안 방치하는 단계;
S3) 상기 방치된 혼합물을 건조 후 -40 내지 -50℃로 동결시키는 단계;
S4) 상기 동결 상태의 원재료 혼합물을 분쇄하고, 상기 분쇄된 원재료 혼합물에 80%(w/v) 에탄올을 투입한 후, 교반하여 균질화하는 단계;
S5) 상기 균질화된 원재료 혼합물 용액을 60 내지 80℃에서 2 내지 4시간 동안 초음파 처리하여 초음파추출하는 단계;
S6) 상기 초음파 처리된 용액을 여과하여 여과액 및 잔사물로 분리하는 단계;
S7) 상기 분리된 잔사물에 정제수를 투입한 후, 교반하여 균질화하는 단계;
S8) 상기 균질화된 용액을 130 내지 150℃에서 2 내지 4시간 동안 열수추출하는 단계;
S9) 상기 열처리된 용액을 여과하여 여과액 및 잔사물로 분리하는 단계; 및
S10) 상기 S6 및 S9 단계에서 분리된 여과액을 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된 것이며,
