Claims (9)
- 산 용해 단계, 불순물 제거를 위한 알칼리화 단계, 칼슘, 마그네슘 및 리튬의 동시 침전 단계, 불순물 제거를 위한 딥 숙성 단계, 시너지 추출 단계 및 정제 추출 단계를 포함하고;
상기 불순물 제거를 위한 딥 숙성 단계는, 상기 칼슘, 마그네슘 및 리튬의 동시 침전 단계를 수행한 후 얻어진 여과액에 대해 딥 숙성을 수행하며, 필터링 및 불순물 제거를 수행하여 숙성된 여과액을 얻는 것을 포함하고, 여기서, 숙성 시간은 4시간보다 길며, 숙성 온도는 25℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 레벨 Ni-Co-Mn 혼합액 및 배터리 레벨 Mn 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 산 용해 단계는, 구체적으로,
리튬 이온 배터리의 양극 및 음극 혼합 분말을 산 용액에 침지하고, 유가 금속이 완전히 용해될 때까지 환원제를 첨가하여, 산 용해 혼합액을 얻는 것을 포함하며;
여기서, 상기 산 용액은 황산 또는 염산이고, 상기 환원제는 H2O2, SO2, 소듐설파이트, 소듐메타비설파이트 중의 하나 또는 다수의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 레벨 Ni-Co-Mn 혼합액 및 배터리 레벨 Mn 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 산 용액의 첨가량은 이의 반응 과정에서의 이론 몰량의 1 ~ 2배이고; 상기 환원제의 첨가량은 이의 반응 과정에서의 이론 몰량의 1 ~ 3배인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 레벨 Ni-Co-Mn 혼합액 및 배터리 레벨 Mn 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 이온 배터리의 양극 및 음극 혼합 분말은 니켈, 코발트 및 망간 원소를 포함하는 리튬 이온 배터리 시스템 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 레벨 Ni-Co-Mn 혼합액 및 배터리 레벨 Mn 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 불순물 제거를 위한 알칼리화 단계는,
상기 산 용해 혼합액에 산화제 및 알칼리 용액을 첨가하고, 용액의 pH값을 2.5 ~ 5.5로 조절한 후, 철 및 알루미늄을 여과하고 제거하여, 알칼리화 혼합액을 얻는 것을 포함하며;
상기 산화제는 공기, 산소, 염소산나트륨, 과산화수소, 이산화황/공기 중의 하나 또는 다수의 혼합물이고, 상기 산화제의 첨가량은 이의 반응 과정에서의 이론 몰량의 1.05배보다 크고;
상기 알칼리 용액은 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 암모니아수 중의 하나 또는 다수의 혼합물이며, 상기 알칼리 용액의 농도는 5 ~ 32%인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 레벨 Ni-Co-Mn 혼합액 및 배터리 레벨 Mn 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 칼슘, 마그네슘 및 리튬의 동시 침전 단계는,
상기 알칼리화 혼합액에 가용성 불화염을 첨가하며, 교반 반응 후 리튬, 칼슘 및 마그네슘을 여과하고 제거하여, 동시 침전 여과액을 얻는 것을 포함하며;
상기 가용성 불화염은 불화나트륨, 불화암모늄 중의 1종 또는 2종의 혼합물이고, 상기 가용성 불화염의 첨가량은 용액 내 리튬, 칼슘 및 마그네슘 몰량의 1 ~ 2배이며;
상기 교반 반응 온도는 60℃이고, 반응 시간은 2시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 레벨 Ni-Co-Mn 혼합액 및 배터리 레벨 Mn 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 시너지 추출 단계는,
P204 추출제를 사용하여 상기 숙성된 여과액에 대해 시너지 추출을 수행하여, 로딩된 유기 상 및 추출여액을 얻는 것을 포함하고;
상기 로딩된 유기 상은 산 세척을 거친 후, 단계적 역추출을 수행하여, 배터리 레벨 Ni-Co-Mn 혼합액 및 망간 함유 용액을 각각 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 레벨 Ni-Co-Mn 혼합액 및 배터리 레벨 Mn 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 정제 추출 단계는, P204 추출제를 사용하여 상기 Mn 함유 용액에 대해 추출 및 불순물 제거를 수행하는 것을 포함하고, 얻어진 추출여액은 배터리 레벨 Mn 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 레벨 Ni-Co-Mn 혼합액 및 배터리 레벨 Mn 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 레벨 Ni-Co-Mn 혼합액 및 배터리 레벨 Mn 용액의 제조방법은, 상기 시너지 추출 단계에서 얻어진 추출여액을 처리하기 위한 폐수 처리 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 레벨 Ni-Co-Mn 혼합액 및 배터리 레벨 Mn 용액의 제조방법.
