Claims (12)
- 배터리의 양극과 부하 사이에 연결되는 접점; 및 릴레이 전원 단자와 접지 사이에 연결되고 통전 중에 상기 접점을 닫힘 위치로 이동시키는 코일을 포함하는 릴레이를 위한 릴레이 제어 장치에 있어서,
릴레이 온-명령에 응답하여 제1 임계 전압 이상의 전압 레벨을 가지는 신호인 제1 스위칭 신호를 출력하도록 구성되는 제어 회로; 및
상기 코일의 일단과 상기 릴레이 전원 단자 사이 또는 상기 코일의 타단과 상기 접지 사이에 연결되고, 상기 제1 스위칭 신호에 응답하여 턴 온되는 코일 제어 스위치; 및
상기 배터리로부터 공급되는 전력을 이용하여, 비상 전력을 저장하도록 구성되는 릴레이 홀딩 회로를 포함하고,
상기 릴레이 홀딩 회로는,
상기 제어 회로에 의한 상기 제1 스위칭 신호의 출력이 중단되는 경우, 상기 비상 전력을 이용하여 상기 제어 회로를 대신해 상기 제1 스위칭 신호를 출력하도록 구성되는 릴레이 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일 제어 스위치는,
상기 릴레이 전원에 연결되는 콜렉터, 상기 코일의 일단에 연결되는 이미터 및 상기 제어 회로에 연결되는 베이스를 구비하는 NPN 트랜지스터인 릴레이 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이 홀딩 회로는,
상기 배터리의 양극과 상기 접지 간에 연결되고, 상기 배터리의 양단에 걸친 전압을 소정 비율로 분압하여 출력 전압을 생성하도록 구성되는 전압 분배기;
일단이 상기 접지에 연결되고, 상기 비상 전력이 저장되는 커패시터; 및
상기 전압 분배기와 상기 커패시터의 타단 간에 연결되는 제1 보조 스위치를 포함하고,
상기 제1 보조 스위치가 턴 온되는 경우, 상기 커패시터가 상기 출력 전압에 의해 충전되는 릴레이 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 보조 스위치는,
상기 전압 분배기의 출력 노드에 연결되는 콜렉터, 상기 커패시터의 타단에 연결되는 이미터 및 상기 제어 회로에 연결되는 베이스를 구비하는 NPN 트랜지스터인 릴레이 제어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제어 회로는, 상기 릴레이 온-명령에 응답하여, 제2 임계 전압 이상의 전압 레벨을 가지는 신호인 제2 스위칭 신호를 상기 제1 보조 스위치의 상기 베이스에 출력하도록 구성되고,
상기 제1 보조 스위치는, 상기 제1 보조 스위치의 상기 베이스에 상기 제2 스위칭 신호가 출력되는 경우 턴 온되는 릴레이 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이 홀딩 회로는,
상기 코일 제어 스위치의 상기 베이스와 상기 이미터 사이에 연결되는 방전 저항을 더 포함하는 릴레이 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이 홀딩 회로는,
상기 제어 회로에 연결되는 애노드 및 상기 코일 제어 스위치의 상기 베이스에 연결되는 캐소드를 구비하는 제1 다이오드를 더 포함하는 릴레이 제어 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 다이오드는, 상기 제어 회로에 의해 상기 제1 스위칭 신호가 출력되는 경우 광 신호를 출력하는 발광 다이오드이고,
상기 제1 보조 스위치는, 상기 전압 분배기의 출력 노드에 연결되는 콜렉터, 상기 커패시터의 타단에 연결되는 이미터 및 베이스를 구비하는 포토 트랜지스터이고,
상기 제1 보조 스위치는, 상기 제1 보조 스위치의 상기 베이스에 상기 광 신호가 수신되는 경우 턴 온되는 릴레이 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이 홀딩 회로는,
상기 커패시터의 타단에 연결되는 애노드 및 상기 코일 제어 스위치의 상기 베이스에 연결되는 캐소드를 구비하는 제2 다이오드를 더 포함하는 릴레이 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이 홀딩 회로는,
상기 커패시터의 타단에 연결되는 이미터, 상기 코일 제어 스위치의 상기 베이스에 연결되는 콜렉터 및 상기 제어 회로에 연결되는 베이스를 구비하는 PNP 트랜지스터인 제2 보조 스위치; 및
상기 제2 보조 스위치의 상기 베이스와 상기 접지 사이에 연결되는 풀다운 저항을 더 포함하고,
상기 제어 회로는, 제3 임계 전압 이상의 전압 레벨을 가지는 신호인 제3 스위칭 신호를 상기 제2 보조 스위치의 상기 베이스에 출력하도록 구성되고,
상기 제2 보조 스위치는, 상기 제어 회로에 의해 상기 제3 스위칭 신호가 출력되는 경우 턴 오프되고, 상기 제어 회로에 의한 상기 제3 스위칭 신호의 출력이 중단되는 경우 턴 온되는 릴레이 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 상기 릴레이 제어 장치를 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 제10항에 따른 상기 배터리 팩을 포함하는 전기 차량.
