Claims (19)
- 차량의 운행 패턴 정보 및 상기 차량의 주행 환경 정보에 기초하여 배터리의 충전이 시작되는 제1 시점을 판단하는 제1 시점 판단부;
상기 운행 패턴 정보, 상기 주행 환경 정보 및 상기 배터리의 현재 잔량에 기초하여 상기 제1 시점까지 상기 배터리의 소모 패턴 및 상기 제1 시점의 배터리 잔량을 판단하는 소모 패턴 판단부;
상기 배터리 잔량 및 상기 배터리에 대한 충전 온도 맵에 기초하여 상기 제1 시점의 목표 배터리 온도를 판단하는 목표 온도 판단부;
상기 소모 패턴 및 상기 배터리의 현재 온도에 기초하여 상기 제1 시점까지 상기 배터리의 온도 변화 패턴을 판단하는 온도 변화 패턴 판단부;
상기 온도 변화 패턴 및 상기 목표 배터리 온도에 기초하여 상기 배터리에 대한 온도 제어를 시작하는 제2 시점을 판단하는 제2 시점 판단부; 및

상기 운행 기록은 상기 차량의 구동 전력 정보, 상기 차량의 회생 제동 전력 정보, 상기 차량의 차속 정보 및 상기 차량의 제어기 가동 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 차량용 배터리 제어 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 주행 환경 정보는 교통 정보, 주행 경로 정보, 외부 기후 조건 및 충전소 위치 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 차량용 배터리 제어 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 시점 판단부는,
상기 온도 제어부의 승온 성능 및 감온 성능을 반영하여 상기 제2 시점을 판단하는 차량용 배터리 제어 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 차량은 미리 설정된 구간을 반복적으로 주행하는 차량인 차량용 배터리 제어 장치.
- 제1 시점 판단부가 차량의 운행 패턴 정보 및 상기 차량의 주행 환경 정보에 기초하여 배터리의 충전이 시작되는 제1 시점을 판단하는 단계;
소모 패턴 판단부가 상기 운행 패턴 정보, 상기 주행 환경 정보 및 상기 배터리의 현재 잔량에 기초하여 상기 제1 시점까지 상기 배터리의 소모 패턴 및 상기 제1 시점의 배터리 잔량을 판단하는 단계;
목표 온도 판단부가 상기 배터리 잔량 및 상기 배터리에 대한 충전 온도 맵에 기초하여 상기 제1 시점의 목표 배터리 온도를 판단하는 단계;
온도 변화 패턴 판단부가 상기 소모 패턴 및 상기 배터리의 현재 온도에 기초하여 상기 제1 시점까지 상기 배터리의 온도 변화 패턴을 판단하는 단계;
제2 시점 판단부가 상기 온도 변화 패턴 및 상기 목표 배터리 온도에 기초하여 상기 배터리에 대한 온도 제어를 시작하는 제2 시점을 판단하는 단계; 및
온도 제어부가 상기 제2 시점 이후 상기 배터리의 온도를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 차량용 배터리 제어 장치의 동작 방법.
- 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 목표 배터리 온도는
상기 배터리의 충전 효율이 임계 수준 이상이 되는 온도인 차량용 배터리 제어 장치의 동작 방법.
- 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 충전 온도 맵은
상기 배터리 잔량, 상기 배터리의 충전 온도 및 상기 충전 효율이 매칭되어 저장되는 차량용 배터리 제어 장치의 동작 방법.
- 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리의 온도를 제어하는 단계는,
상기 배터리의 현재 온도가 상기 목표 배터리 온도보다 높은 경우, 상기 온도 제어부가 상기 배터리를 감온하는 단계를 포함하는 배터리 제어 장치의 동작 방법.
- 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리의 온도를 제어하는 단계는,
상기 배터리의 현재 온도가 상기 목표 배터리 온도보다 낮은 경우, 상기 온도 제어부가 상기 배터리를 승온하는 단계를 포함하는 배터리 제어 장치의 동작 방법.
- 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리의 온도를 제어하는 단계는,
상기 배터리의 현재 온도가 상기 목표 배터리 온도와 미리 설정된 범위 내인 경우, 상기 온도 제어부는 현재 시점이 상기 제1 시점에 도달 했는지 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 상기 배터리에 대한 온도 제어를 추가로 시행할지 결정하는 차량용 배터리 제어 장치의 동작 방법.
- 제11 항에 있어서,
운행 기록 수집부가 상기 차량의 운행 기록을 기초로 상기 운행 패턴 정보를 수집하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 운행 기록은 상기 차량의 구동 전력 정보, 상기 차량의 회생 제동 전력 정보, 상기 차량의 차속 정보 및 상기 차량의 제어기 가동 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 차량용 배터리 제어 장치의 동작 방법.
- 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 주행 환경 정보는 교통 정보, 주행 경로 정보, 외부 기후 조건 및 충전소 위치 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 차량용 배터리 제어 장치의 동작 방법.
- 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 시점을 판단하는 단계는,
상기 제2 시점 판단부가 상기 온도 제어부의 승온 성능 및 감온 성능을 반영하여 상기 제2 시점을 판단하는 차량용 배터리 제어 장치의 동작 방법.
