Description
上述の実施の形態では、ECU180は、外部充電の実行中に温調ユニット170を駆動する場合に、電路175における部品の温度TCがしきい温度TH2よりも高いとき、リレー部125を開状態に制御するとともにリレー部120を閉状態に制御する(図5のステップS215)。そして、ECU180は、インレット102の温度TIがしきい温度TH1よりも高いか否かに従って処理を分岐させるものとした(ステップS225)。
上述の実施の形態およびその変形例1において、ECU180は、バッテリ101の温度に従って温調ユニット170を調整してもよい。例えば、ECU180は、バッテリ101の温度が低いほど、温調ユニット170のヒータから発生する熱量が大きくなるように当該ヒータを制御してもよい。これにより、バッテリ101を効果的に昇温することができる。
上述の実施の形態およびその変形例1,2において、ECU180は、温度センサ130の検出値に従って電路175における部品の温度を取得するものとした。これに対して、ECU180は、温度センサ130の検出値に代えて、電流センサ135の検出値に従って電路175における部品の温度TCを取得(推定)してもよい。
上述の実施の形態およびその変形例1~3では、図3に示されるように、温度調整機構179において、水路177が設けられた。そして、温調ユニット170は、水路177内の水を介して間接的にバッテリ101の温度を調整するものとした。これに対して、温度調整機構179において、水路177は、必ずしも設けられていなくてもよい。即ち、温調ユニット170は、水路177内の水を介さずに直接的にバッテリ101の温度を調整してもよい。具体的には、温調ユニット170のヒータは、バッテリ101を直接的に加熱してもよいし、温調ユニット170の冷却装置は、空冷式の冷却装置であってもよい。
Claims (7)
- 蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置の温度を調整するように構成された温度調整装置と、
車両外部の外部電源から電力を受けるインレットと、
前記インレットと前記蓄電装置との間の充電経路に設けられる第1のリレー部と、
第1の分岐経路に設けられる第2のリレー部と、
第2の分岐経路に設けられる第3のリレー部とを備え、
前記第1の分岐経路は、前記充電経路のうち前記インレットと前記第1のリレー部との間の第1の分岐から分岐され、前記第1の分岐と前記温度調整装置とを電気的に接続するように構成され、
前記第2の分岐経路は、前記充電経路のうち前記第1のリレー部と前記蓄電装置との間の第2の分岐から分岐され、前記第2の分岐と前記温度調整装置とを電気的に接続するように構成され、さらに、
前記温度調整装置、前記第1のリレー部、前記第2のリレー部および前記第3のリレー部を制御する制御装置を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記外部電源が前記インレットに接続されている場合に、前記第1のリレー部を閉状態に制御することによって前記外部電源により前記蓄電装置を充電する外部充電を実行し、
前記外部充電の実行中に前記温度調整装置を駆動する場合に、前記充電経路のうち前記第1の分岐と前記第2の分岐との間の電路における部品の温度が第1のしきい温度よりも高いとき、前記第3のリレー部を開状態に制御するとともに前記第2のリレー部を閉状態に制御する、車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記外部充電の実行中に前記温度調整装置を駆動する場合に、
前記第3のリレー部を開状態に制御するとともに前記第2のリレー部を閉状態に制御した後に、前記電路における部品の温度が前記第1のしきい温度よりも低く、かつ、前記第1の分岐経路における部品の温度が第2のしきい温度よりも高いとき、前記第2のリレー部を開状態に制御するとともに前記第3のリレー部を閉状態に制御する、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記外部充電の実行中に前記温度調整装置を駆動する場合に、前記インレットの温度が第3のしきい温度よりも高いとき、前記外部電源から前記インレットへの給電電力を低減するための処理を実行する、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記外部電源が前記インレットに接続されてから前記外部充電が開始される前に前記温度調整装置を駆動する場合に、前記インレットの温度が第3のしきい温度よりも高いとき、前記第1のリレー部および前記第2のリレー部を開状態に制御するとともに前記第3のリレー部を閉状態に制御する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
- 前記充電経路において前記第2の分岐と前記蓄電装置との間に設けられる第4のリレー部をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記車両の走行用システムの起動命令を受けると、前記第4のリレー部を閉状態に制御し、
前記第4のリレー部を閉状態に制御している間に前記温度調整装置を駆動する場合に、前記第1のリレー部および前記第2のリレー部を開状態に制御するとともに前記第3のリレー部を閉状態に制御する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車両。 - 前記温度調整装置は、前記蓄電装置を加熱する加熱装置を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の温度が低いほど、前記加熱装置から発生する熱量が大きくなるように前記加熱装置を制御する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車両。 - 前記温度調整装置は、前記蓄電装置を冷却する冷却装置を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の温度が高いほど、前記冷却装置の冷却能力が高くなるように前記冷却装置を制御する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
