Claims (12)
- 질소산화물과 금속 착화합물 간의 착물의 환원 반응이 일어나는 캐소드 전극, 애노드 전극, 기준 전극, 금속 착화합물을 포함하는 전해질 및 질소산화물 주입구를 포함하는 암모늄이온 제조장치; 및
캐소드 전극, 질소산화물의 산화 반응이 일어나는 애노드 전극, 기준 전극, 전해질 및 질소산화물 주입구를 포함하는 질산이온 제조장치;를 포함하는 질산암모늄 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 암모늄이온 제조장치에서 금속 착화합물의 금속은 2가의 금속이며, 상기 착화합물은 에틸렌디아민4아세트산(EDTA), 1,2 시클로헥산디아민4아세트산(CyDTA), 및 니트리로3아세트산2나트륨(NTA)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 질산암모늄 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 암모늄이온 제조장치에서 캐소드 전극 또는 애노드 전극의 소재는 철, 유리성 탄소(Glassy Carbon, GC), 알루미늄, 구리, 은, 니켈, 백금, 이들의 산화물, 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질산암모늄 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 암모늄이온 제조장치에서 전해질의 pH는 6 내지 8의 범위로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질산암모늄 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 암모늄이온 제조장치에서 캐소드 전극에 인가되는 전위차는 수소기준전극 대비 -0.1 V 내지 -0.6 V의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 질산암모늄 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 질산이온 제조장치에서 애노드 전극에 인가되는 전위차는 수소기준 전극대비 1.1 V 내지 3.0 V의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 질산암모늄 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 질산이온 제조장치는 애노드 전극에 기체확산층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질산암모늄 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 질산이온 제조장치는 애노드 전극에 촉매층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질산암모늄 제조장치.
- 질소산화물과 금속 착화합물 간의 착물의 환원 반응이 일어나는 캐소드 전극, 애노드 전극, 기준 전극, 금속 착화합물을 포함하는 전해질 및 질소산화물 주입구를 포함하는 암모늄이온 제조장치로 질소산화물을 도입하는 단계; 도입된 질소산화물과 전해질 내의 금속 착화합물이 착물을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 형성된 착물에 대하여 전기화학적 환원반응을 수행하는 단계;를 수행하여 암모늄이온을 제조하는 단계;
캐소드 전극, 질소산화물의 산화 반응이 일어나는 애노드 전극, 기준 전극, 전해질 및 질소산화물 주입구를 포함하는 질산이온 제조장치로 질소산화물을 도입하는 단계; 상기 도입된 질소산화물에 대하여 전기화학적 산화반응을 수행하는 단계;를 수행하여 질산이온을 제조하는 단계; 및
생성된 암모늄이온과 질산이온으로부터 질산암모늄을 생성하는 단계;를 포함하는 질소산화물로부터 질산암모늄의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 암모늄이온을 제조하는 단계에서 금속 착화합물의 농도는 10 mM 내지 500 mM인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물로부터 질산암모늄의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 암모늄이온을 제조하는 단계에서 전기화학적 환원반응은 수소기준전극 대비 -0.1 V 내지 -0.6 V의 전위차에서 수행되고,
상기 질산이온을 제조하는 단계에서 전기화학적 산화반응은 수소기준전극 대비 1.1 V 내지 3.0 V의 전위차에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물로부터 질산암모늄의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 암모늄이온을 제조하는 단계에서 암모늄이온 제조장치에 포함된 전해질의 pH는 6 내지 8의 범위로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물로부터 질산암모늄의 제조방법.
