(a) 하나 이상의 RNA 핵산 서열을 포함하는, CRISPR 핵산 서열;
상기 CRISPR 핵산 서열과 결합된,
(b) DNA 핵산 서열을 포함하는 복구 주형 (repair template: RT) 핵산 서열; 및
